UNI-Presse Arvostelua 

Un abonnement payé par carte bancaire en totalité pour un an. Quelques numéros puis plus rien. Un message sur votre site avec les informations nécessaires mais aucune réponse. Un certain temps plus tard j’ai réussi à avoir une interlocutrice au téléphone qui semblait prendre en considération ma demande et devait effectuer la réclamation, me transmettre un e-mail puis renvoyer le magazine… en fait rien de cela… aucun magazine, aucun e-mail ????

On 6th April this year I paid for a One Year subscription to Le Monde through Uni Presse (subscription no. 260406154055W) . I was told it would take two weeks to be processed which was a bit odd because it was digital but nonetheless I waited. After three weeks I had received nothing so I logged on to find that some time after I had paid, my subscription had been terminated for no reason and with no explanation. I sent off an email to Uni Presse (in English which I thought was justified because their website is in French, English and Spanish) asking for an explanation. I have never received an answer to that email. After a few weeks I sent off an email in French. After a lengthy period of time I got a vague and irrelevant reply. I then sent off an email to FEVAD and was told to wait three weeks. I waited six and then sent off a second to which I was told to wait three months. This is bizarre because here in New South Wales, the Department of Fair Trading would deal with something like this in a matter of days. So it looks like France does not have effective regulation of it's eCommerce. Judging from the other reviews, Uni Presse have being doing this sort of thing for quite a while. I had a One Year subscription for Le Monde with Uni Presse about four years ago and everything worked fine so something must have changed. Management perhaps? Anyway, looks like I've lost my $600 so the lesson is "Always Check with Trust Pilot" before handing over your hard-earned.

So thanks to my review on Trust Pilot, I finally got a reply from Uni Presse (15th July, 2026). It looks like the complaint to FEVAD was effective and they did refund my money back in June (I lost about $15 in exchange rate, whatever...). So I was wrong, France does have effective regulation of eCommerce. Shame that I had to resort to it. And pity I had to resort to Trust Pilot to get meaningful communication from Uni Presse.

Je ne recommande pas du tout cette entreprise qui ne répond pas au différents emails envoyés car je n'ai reçu que les revues et journaux les 3 premiers mois sur 1 an d'abonnements.

Je recois le journal du Samedi au plus tot le Lundi et celui du Dimanche au plus tot le Mardi. Ce serait acceptable s'il n'y avait pas un voir 2 jours de retard trop souvent

Abonnement fait en décembre 2025. Premier numéro reçu maintenant soit le numéro de mai2026. Pas de quoi être satisfait

First Magazine of a yearly subscription arrived with no problem. Packaging paper was very thin, but magazine was okay.

avec Uni presse le prix des abonnement est très satisfaisant.La commande est très facile c'est sérieux je recommande.

Cela fait 3 ans que j'abonne mon enfant sur le site d'UNI-Presse et je n'ai jamais rencontré de problèmes de reception.
Chaque mois c'est un plaisir de recevoir chez soi son magazine !

Ceux sont des voleurs 550€ prelever en 4 minutes. Preuves à l appui. Pour 1 abonnement annuel de 54,80. Action realise hier c scandaleux aucune excuse ni rien. A ce jour je ne peux ni manger ni payer mes besoins journaliers. Si vous voulez lire aller à la mediatheque.

I never received any answer to my emails and impossible to get through on the phone.Consequently I have cancelled the subscription as there is a lack of customer service.

Abonnement il y a un mois au canard enchaîné, jamais reçu un seul numéro… escroquerie pure et simple

Abonnement depuis le 24 Avril 2025 je n'ai reçu que quatre numéros du JDD avec à chaque fois deux semaines de retard, depuis plus rien. Ce site est a fuir, j'ai fait un mail pour me plaindre, la réponse c'est de la faute de la poste Espagnol. Incroyable heureusement que je suis juste à 2000 km. J'ai perdu 100 € mais moi je suis honnête.

Pas sérieux très long et lorsque l ont demandé où en est notre commande du 12 février réponse très évasif, mauvaise expérience pour moi.

j’ai abonné mes enfants à popi et astrapi j’ai contacté le service client de bons conseils et j’ai reçu les magazines merci

Abonnée depuis plusieurs mois à Vogue, j’ai bien reçu les magazines à l’heure.
Je recommande !
