UltraTechX truly exceeded my expectations. I brought in multiple devices that needed serious work — a PS5 with a broken HDMI port, my iPhone 16 Pro with shattered back glass, and my MacBook Pro that needed repair. The team handled everything quickly and professionally.
Joao and Scott did an amazing job. They were knowledgeable, transparent about the repairs, and made the entire process smooth from start to finish. All three devices were fixed perfectly and working like new again.
It’s not easy to find a tech repair shop that you can genuinely trust, but UltraTechX delivers top-tier service. If you need help with phone repair, gaming console repair, or computer repair, this is the place to go. Highly recommended!

I had an excellent experience with UltraTechX West Boca. From the moment I walked in, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and transparent about pricing and turnaround time.
My device was repaired the same day, and everything works perfectly now. They clearly explained the issue, showed me what needed to be done, and didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary. The quality of the work was outstanding, and the device looks and performs like new.
What really stood out was their customer service. The staff was friendly, patient, and took the time to answer all my questions. It’s hard to find a repair company that combines speed, fair pricing, and technical expertise the way they do.
If you’re in Boca Raton or nearby areas and need phone, tablet, computer, or electronic service, I highly recommend UltraTechX West Boca. Reliable, efficient, and trustworthy.
