I ordered an S3 car key backing, Ultimate customs claim to use the same plastic as OEM but it clearly is not the same, material feels far different from the OEM key which is much smoother. Also the key backing i received does not sit flush, being slightly raised when clicked into place. The edges are also not straight with larger gaps in some places than others.

The S3 branding does look nice which is what drew me to the item to start with but overall a poor quality item.

Tried ringing their offices at 3pm on a Wednesday only to be ignored and told the lines are now closed.

No formal returns process so my last resort is a "contact us" message form which i have filled out, so lets see if they ignore that too.

Wanted to say a massive thanks to the team at Ultimate Customs. Their customer service has been first class right from my first email asking about wrap options for my Campervan. Absolutely over the moon with the finished result, would have no hesitation in recommending.

Ordered carbon ducktail spoiler for my Audi rs3 3 months ago and still waiting!!! Shocking Customer service I’ve asked for updates multiple times but it’s always me chasing them. The guy that answers the phone is useless. do NOT use ultimate customs terrible service.

Bought a rear badge for my RS3 and it's absolutely terrible quality. Cheap plastic with sharp notches on the edges where it's been cut from whatever mould. The adhesive on the back is also only about 2mm thick and barely sticky at all. This would fall off in 5 minutes. Straight in the bin, won't be using a company that sells cheap products like this again. I've had far better quality on Ebay from random sellers. Hoped I'd have a better product from a specialist company but this is a joke of a product.

It also took a week to arrive and cost £3.50 for delivery. Considering this item weighs so little, this was quite a lot for delivery.

Ordered some goodies for my car and they arrived quickly and the customer services was fast at responding to my questions before i purchased the items.

I have ordered a few times from these guys. Only small items so far but all good. The photos of the items are clear and the team got back quickly via email if I had a question. The stuff is delivered quickly and I've been super happy so far! Would recommend

Got my wheels powder coated and my callipers repainted this week by Alan and the Guys at Ultimate Customs ..
This is the second job I've had done by them Had a dechrome and light's tinted last month and was delighted by the result so decided to refurb my wheels ect.
Yet again ' I'm delighted with the work carried out ,,

Got my MK7 Paddle Extensions for my MK6 Polo GTI. Delivery was fine, and package is as expected. Definetly not last time i visit their website.

Ordered a custom steering wheel for My Audi RS6 on the 7th feb was expecting it to be made within 16days as stated on website now it’s 29th March and still no luck with steering wheel, no replies regarding my order now. I was looking forward to the new steering with all the gadgets wasted 2months waiting for nothing will be contacting bank for full refund.

I brought my Golf R into their work shop in December 2020 , and they helped transform it ,into am absolute beast.
Omg !! These guys are true wizards at what they do and i would say the best part of the experience is , if you are only 40% sure of your idea , these guys will complete it with all the bells and whistles.
The vinyl wrap, tinted head lights and the spoiler fitting are an absolute amazing job.

I booked in for a couple of modifications to be done to my car. The guys were really friendly and gave out lots of advice. The service was quick and a high quality of work was complete. I will definitely be using this company again in the future. Highly recommend!!

Excellent service and choice of customisation parts along with equally good customer service. Purchased some Carbon Fibre products for my Audi RS3 and the quality is unbelievable. 100% recommended as the prices are very fair also.

16 days till dispatch on most items which is annoying but it arrived sooner than this product was good says 5 mins to fit more like 5 days as you have to order tape to fit the spoiler. As you think there should be a fitting kit and insstructions non. Thanks
