i was using the ultfone iphone unlock and one of the options is to remove the apple id which is the one i clicked on because i bought an iphone 11 and the previous icloud account wasnt signed out and i didnt know the previous owner so i was in trouble then i found this app and i paid the monthly price for 5 devices and i tried it now in the explanation of what it would be doing to my phone it said nothing about it resetting it and it didnt even remove the apple id and i contacted support for a refund and i got told it was stated on there website that its says it would do that i went on too there website and i couldnt find it anywhere at all be aware and read reviews before you spend your money because you wont get it back

Up And Running The software is good and working
i purchaced the Ultfone ios Data Manager.
The software is good and working, any problems i did have was sorted within 24/48 hrs which is good. i did have a big problem with the serial number it's now sorted out.

Best Software to manage your iPhone
I chanced upon ULTFone IOS Data Manager when I was trying to manage Photos and Apps for my iPhone. The "Manage Photos" function allows me to export photos easily, get rid of duplicate. It also allows me to manage apps effectively with a single click.

À fuir : facturation abusive et service inefficace
À fuir absolument.
UltFone utilise des procédés malhonnêtes. On pense souscrire à un essai gratuit de 7 jours pour un de leurs services, mais on se retrouve en réalité à payer pour un deuxième produit à hauteur de 9,99 € + 2 € de taxe.
Le seul logiciel que j’ai réellement voulu tester (Android System Repair) ne fonctionne évidemment pas pour un téléphone bloqué sur un écran noir, car un téléchargement doit être effectué sur le téléphone qui est (logiquement) inaccessible.
Il ne faut pas non plus tomber dans le piège de leur garantie de remboursement. Ils refusent de me rembourser alors même qu'il s'agit d'un service non utilisé ou d’un autre qui n’a pas fonctionné avec mon problème. Après de nombreux mails, ils ne me proposent qu’un remboursement de 30 %.
Service client inutile, réponses automatiques, aucune prise en compte réelle des demandes.
Très mauvaise expérience.
