UK Rooms For Rent Limited Arvostelua 

This is a horrible company. A year in after termination and we still have not been provided with all the statements. We are finding they have not completed their obligation with tenant move in and move out. They don’t respond to request for this information and the director is trying to get as much money from you as possible while having as little services provided. AVOID THIS COMPANY IF YOU VALUE YOUR PROPERTY AND BUSINESS.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Our house is now infested with rats due to their ignorance of multiple tenants complaints, they weren’t passing anything onto the landlord and simply tell us ‘it’s not their problem’, had they actually sent someone to conduct an inspection last year someone might have seen the holes in the house which the rats have used to get into the walls. Or had they acted (sending a polite message asking people to recycle is not action) when we have complained about inadequate waste disposal from other tenants for months, perhaps we wouldn’t be living with vermin. Despite multiple complaints from multiple tenants no issues have been resolved, not a single issue raised has been resolved, yet when we speak to the landlord directly he is on it straight away. The gross negligence from this company is astounding, should one of these rats decide to chew on a tasty wire and start a fire in the house we could all burn to death, this has been raised and I was told to email an account which has previously ignored our complaints, despite telling us to use the app to log issues… None of them know how to do their job properly, it’s actually astounding that the company is still going - please read the other google reviews this is a terrible agency and the company do not relay any information we send, including rats which causes property damage for the landlord, don’t let them manage your property and don’t rent with them directly. I think that we’re lucky in the fact that we can contact our landlord directly who has acted swiftly, if i could leave 0 stars I would.

I had a wonderful experience with UK Rooms For Rent - I am the Recruitment Manager of a Group and we have recruited 3 Nurses from India. We have used UK rooms to Rent to secure their permanent accommodation.

Mathew has been very professional and took the time to answer all my calls ( 15 a day :) ) and explained to the overseas candidates the process and every aspect of the lettings.

I am happy that all 3 candidates have a place to stay now and they can make plans for future in the UK

UKRR are always very helpful. I have always had prompt responses and top notch communication. My property is being managed by Matthew, very professional and polite person. I never had any issues with them, would definitely recommend

Big shout out to Mike who is always helpful and quick to respond, helps with the living situation when you know the staff are attentive!

Matthew was lovely to speak to and made the referencing process stress free by answered all my questions in a timely and efficient manor.

During my time as a tenant, I had some issues raised and Mike got someone to attend the property swiftly.

Although what was causing the issues was not clear, Mike continued to communicate with me promptly.

Due to my own personal circumstances, I had to leave the property early and they were happy to accommodate this.

I am a student studying in Salford trying to make a life for myself found this company on zoopla and inquired they gave us an option of 4 and told us they would be improving the property before ok perfect now the first issue came up

They are god awful to get in touch with you have a miniscule amount of time where they aren't in lunch to call, why not leave a message? Their inbox is full( probably full of complaints likely) EMPTY YOUR INBOX. Finally get through and complete the steps necessary until on move in day they inform me of more stuff they have to get me do one of which is my guarantor needs to complete a form one of which they never sent her and had to create a new email to actually reply to the blasted thing

I collect my key and enter the property told that all doors were locked I enter and the carpet is filthy all of the doors unlocked the firedoor busted (illegal by the way) after their apparent "safety checks" the bathroom had no lightswitch and the window was smashed. There was also black mould in the kitchen with busted drawers throughout

You want to get in contact you must use the Arthur app dreadful application that gives you false information constantly

They'll stop by without the required 24 hour notice required by law

They'll leave your doors unlocked when they do visit with the excuse that all tenants should have access to my room? Umm then why give me a separate key?

Left us without a washing machine for over a week and the list continues

Want to get out of the agreement be prepared to pay for them to search for replacements for you

Dreadful company who holds you hostage in a place they couldn't care less about do not use 0 - 5 stars

P.S Mike lies to you constantly do not trust him

I can’t thank Mike and Alex enough for all the help and advice they have given me and making renting a lovely property hassle free. This is the first time I have found a property company who have all round knowledge rather than going from one person to the next to get the answers you need.

Rented a property through UK rooms for rent recently. Five star treatment so far. Mike the office manager has been nothing but polite, helpful and knowledgable!

I’ve always found UKRR a pleasure to work with, responsive to any queries and deliver what they promise on time. Mike in the office is always polite and efficient.

Staff were very helpful in helping me find a place. Moving in was very easy and any questions I had were answer promptly. Alex was especially helpful very respectful and well mannered.
