Box was split and courier left blocking passageway in flat entrance

Order placed and paid for yet delays in production of boxes which has now created major shipping issues.
What I detest about all packaging companies is that as a small business you are having to pay pro forma and then it is in lap of gods as to whether your order will be completed and delivered on schedule. This has now happened on last 3 orders where I have to chase. The Customer Service is great and helpful so this is all down to the inability of production scheduling and for two weeks I have been chasing to get an answer for my order placed on 01 July. I am led to believe this is a major problem with their production. If that's case don't take pre payment and treat your customers with respect and fairness.

UK Packaging are a go to for my cardboard box supplies - always easy to find the size I need and delivered fast!

Taking it to my studio was a challenge ( on the DLR….) But certainly was a conversation starter with” who’s your date ?” Is there a body inside that? Transparent at first , but but it pops at night “etcetc But now to wrap up my paintings 😎 Thanks 👍

Brilliant product and arrived when said. Amazon UK is useless and failed to deliver my order of corrugated packing and failed to refund via their convoluted complaint system. That’s why I turned to UKPackaging and will use them again for my art business where my paintings need extra packing for postal orders.

The item was quickly delivered, of great quality and did exactly what it said on the tin, so to speak! :)

Poor service. Expensive shipping and unhelpful staff.

I phoned as the website advises for a quote to ship to Northern Ireland. I was met with a poor attitude from Ella. Instead of suggesting other options I was told that I could not get 2 to 3 day delivery. That was it. The whole reply. I emailed back straight away to say that was fine and I got no reply until I had to phone back. Met with more poor / unhelpful attitude and an abrupt quote for delivery which was absolutely extoritionate delivery (more than the product)
