Really easy to book

Driver was on time both ends of the trip for a airport drop from Coventry to Heathrow

We booked a 15 seat minibus for a trip to Musselburgh races. The booking process was easy, Edward was always very helpful. Bus arrived on time, driver was great, and the bus brought us back again in the evening with no delays. We would book again.

Just wanted to drop you a quick note to thank you, your company but more especially your driver Paul.
The service was excellent despite tricky conditions, congestion at Epsom etc etc. nothing was too much trouble for him.

Terrible service for an airport pick up and drop off. The company insisted on being paid for both journeys up front which was highly unusual. The flight home was delayed. Notwithstanding being told they would monitor the flight, I messaged to warn of the 3 hr delay but the driver refused to drive until we agreed to pay an additional entirely arbitrary sum for the delay. The driver had also pulled up in a random area and it took us 30mins to find him, his phone wasn’t working. Would not recommend this company.

Please take this review seriously, I wish I had followed my gut before using this company as I'd read reviews but was reassured that the not picking up was a one off!! I arranged for them to take a party of 10 to Birmingham airport (including 4 children under the age of 10), they insist on taking money upfront, I paid the remainder of the cost to the driver in cash as that's what he insisted on when he dropped us off at the airport. They left us stranded and failed to pick us up on the return journey in the early hours of a cold and wet morning in the UK, we waited over 1.5 hours, giving them the benefit of the doubt, and constant phone calls to the number provided, with no response, so in the end decided to split into 2 black cabs (5 in each) and make our own way home at our own expense, to travel back to Doncaster. I have been liaising with Edward for a refund, who gave no apology or explanation as to why this happened, although I read reviews that this seems to happen a lot. It has taken over 3 weeks to get the money back and that is after emailing every day. I got the impression that he was hoping I would just go away!! It was only when I emailed saying that I was going to take the legal action and take them to a small claims court that he seemed to listen!!
Just to add the minibus that picked us up had seen better days, not like the pics on their website, it was scruffy, it hadn't been cleaned from apparently being used for a horse racing event the day before with beer cans and dried up limes on the floor, the seats were dirty. The driver didn't help with putting 10 suitcases and hand luggage in the minibus either, he stood outside having a fag, while he just watched us struggle to fit it in. In hindsight I'd have paid twice the amount for a better service and just to get picked up after a long day travelling. 1* given for getting us to the airport at least.

Kenny is friendly and completely competent as a driver and guide. Everyone was made to feel welcome, safe and comfortable. Terrific experience!

ukninibushire provided a very professional service right from the booking service. They were very helpful and responsive to our changing needs. On the day the driver contacted us to confirm details and texted on his arrival. The mini bus arrived dead on time and was spotlessly clean. The driver was very professional. A perfect service.

Although a nice enough man, I consider the driver to be really quite unprofessional in more ways than one.

He turned up in bleached and marked shorts, T shirt & a gilet. There is comfortable & then there is scruffy.

He took and made several phone calls on both of the journeys, to and from the airport, several times taking both hands off the wheel to do so.

He dropped the phone in the cab, and on the way back he even took a wrong turn off a roundabout because he was talking instead of concentrating on his driving. It was not until we all shouted that he had to turn round and get back on track

Luckily, my husband is a long retired Police Inspector, or he may well have said/done something.

We were just grateful to get home, to be honest.

Having spent £1,100 on the hire I had hoped for a higher standard of service to have been provided.

A clean well presented vehicle, driven by a smart, friendly driver collected our party of 11 people. Both pick-up and collection were bang on time. If needed again, these will be my first port of call to check availability.

Brilliant service great communication from the drives an nothing was to much even tho we had to change pickup time by an hour which wasn't a problem at all would definitely recommend an will definitely b using again for our next drip next month

The journey was comfortable as the minibus was very modern.

This was my first time using uk mini bus hire. I found the customer service from the office to be poor. After booking and paying my deposit I received no confirmation and no receipt and had to chase this. This led me to look into reviews and found a number of negative reviews. I began to panic as I had booked this for a special family occasion and didn’t want to be out of pocket or without transport, but the office team did nothing to reassure me, only a short sharp response from the manager when I asked him to call me, saying speak to the person you booked it with.
The bus did turn up, and the driver was great, I couldn’t fault him. Although the details he had been given from the office were wrong.
I have given a neutral 3 stars purely for the driver. I would not recommended uk mini bus hire as a company!
