Great New Coving
Purchased new coving, arrived when was told and well packaged so no damage. Coving looks great would use UK Home Interiors again.

I have used uk home interiors before but thus time their courier was poor
I have used uk home interiors before which is why I chose them for supply of my decorative ceiling rose recently. However, this time they snd myself were badly let down by the courier as I was assured the item would arrive within the week and well before Christmas. On phoning to enquire about its whereabouts I was told that the courier had recorded that it had been delivered which I knew was not correct. I went away just prior to Christmas and my son found it in its package in the middle of our long driveway but just a few yards from the main road, totally insecure, on Boxing Day. I opened the package on my return yesterday to find that the ceiling rose had been lightly dented in a couple of places, obviously through mishandling. I have not bothered to return it as my electrician is programmed in to fit ceiling light this Friday and so it needs to go up and my decorator will hide the dents, but uk home interiors need to know how their courier is behaving: not great!

Damages like this are very rare, but if this is reported within 1 day of delivery, we can send out replacements. We're also sorry to hear that the Carriers have not followed proper procedures; we will be sending your important feedback on, as this is clearly not the level of service we usually deliver on.

Positive experience
Swift delivery, Product as described, not cheap but for the job (around an archway) the flexible moulding saved considerable time and so money. After plastering it just looks right. Easy to fit and trim.

The salesman was very helpful my order…
The salesman was very helpful my order was processed very efficiently. My only criticism would be the constant phone calls after my order, I had mentioned that I would be making another order after the first order had been placed for a project we working on, I also said I would call to place the order when I was ready. I received calls every week to ask was I ready to place the order after telling them i would call when I was ready, it was very frustrating.

If there was a nil star I would give it.
I lost my mum and watched her have an horrendous death over 10 days . My husband who works for them has time off to support me that week. They ‘let him go’ 3 days before her funeral and 12days before Christmas! No discussion, no conversation. No care or kindness!

Firstly, please let me convey our deepest condolences for your loss. There's never a good time for something like that to happen and right before Christmas is perhaps the worst time of all. From all of us here, we hope you and your family are able to get closure.

We've not let anyone go from our company in recent memory, no one has left and certainly not in the awful circumstances you have described!
