I've purchased from them several times and cannot fault their service. Great products and good prices with fast reliable delivery. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

I have removed my experience with uk gardens. Through trust pilot post have come to amocable solution to my problem with them

Ordered 2 x wall troughs and 2 x liners 30/05/2020. Only 4 liners turned up. Had to ring up 3 times and got different information from different people. I was told the wrong information many times - shipped by Royal Mail (they eventually arrived after 25 days from a different courier) and I was told wrongly they'd been shipped a couple of times when the dispatch label on the parcel shows at 23/06.
I appreciate current circumstances make things difficult but I'd rather that staff didn't make things up and told the truth!
Silver lining is we are now two spare liners up as 4 dispatched originally and the troughs came with them already.
7-10 day delivery became 25 days and my grandparents waiting patiently for them (they can't do online ordering!)

Ordered honeysuckle trellis and paid £6.99 for 48hr delivery, eventually received after 2.5 weeks - albeit got the shipping costs refunded .

Received my order today of a penguin and rabbit only ordered not even a week ago
Arrived all safe and sound

Ordered 3 items in early May when lock down in full swing. Expected some delay but after 3 weeks and 3 unanswered phone messages I was Mr Grumpy. Complaining email was answered and followed by a phone call giving apologies and explanation. My order had been overlooked in all the hassle of lock down. Delivery promised within 4 days and goods arrived on time. Mr Happy. Even better was the fact that the items are all UK manufactured and packaging was all recyclable; NO plastic.

I ordered 3 x log panel border edgings & some single stem supports. Very reasonably priced compared to other companies. Zero P&P. Really pleased with the quality of the products. Delivery of the log panels was very quick especially in the current lockdown situation. The stem supports followed a couple of days later. Will definately use UK Garden Products again. Excellent all round service & products. Thanks guys. Stay safe

Bought some lawn edging,that was difficult to find anywhere else, and at very reasonable price, no postage cost and delivered quick.

Despite the current problems with coronavirus the goods were delivered promptly. The goods were exactly as described. I would recommend UK Garden Products & would buy from them again. A 5*****seller.

I ordered a Bird Station from Amazon and the wrong item was delivered. Amazons response was that a credit would be given, and there was no option to have the correct item delivered, which is poor. I established that UK Garden Products was the supplier so rang them. They could not have been more helpful. They delivered the correct item on next day delivery, and will arrange to collect the incorrect product later, they did not insist on returning the incorrect item first.

I am still waiting for my order 4 weeks after it was ordered even though I paid 6.99 for 48 hour courier service , I have emailed 3 times and left phone messages and have had no replies, I am extremely disappointed. I am on a very limited budget and had to save for these items any one reading this please think twice before ordering

Ordered three rusty metal garden ornament flowers during this lockdown period. They arrived promptly and are brilliant. Larger than I thought but even better as have more impact in the garden. Thank you.

Would have given zero stars if it would let me. Do not order from these, you will lose money. Paid for my order a week ago, still no goods, no response to emails, wont answer calls and still got my money. Shocking company

Purchased garden border fencing advertised as being solid 10mm square steel it was hollow steel, also advertised as spiked feet for easy installation they square, also advertised as easily clipped together, there wasn’t any clips to clip them together.
Emailed this company three times no response.
WILL NOT USE THEM AGAIN

There was an issue with a bird feeder that we bought and although it wasn’t the fault of the Garden Centre themselves, Fiona offered a replacement with absolutely no quibble. Very kind people. Thank you. It was appreciated.

I can’t fault the speed of delivery and how simple it was to order online. Can highly recommend. The Arch I ordered was easy to erect and looks great.

We placed an internet order for a metal garden arch. A week later we hadn't received any response so we contacted the company by phone finding out that that particular arch was out of stock. However, we were asked to choose another arch from their range which they would supply for the same price. We sent an email covering our revised choice and that arrived by a courier just a few days later. The arch is now erected in our garden. It was easy to put together and is a good quality product. We would use this company again and also recommend it to other people

I placed an order for a bird feeding station on a Thursday. It arrived - well-packed - the following Monday. I am delighted with the design of this reasonably priced product which was easy to assemble. First time experience with this company. I shall definitely return to it for more products.
