Excellent customer service. I had a problem with some corner trims but Mike was very helpful and sorted it out so I could get the job completed.

Excellent product and service.

Excellent product and service.

I was looking for some edge trims to finish a couple of sheds for a while and I stumbled on some provided by UK Flat Roofing. The trims were stocked in a number of sizes and the prices were very competitive. Delivery took a couple of days and the company provided useful updates throughout the delivery process. I can highly recommed the products and service provided by UK Flat Roofing

Amazing service and support

Absolutely fabulous advice, service and support. Mike knows a lot about roofing as well as being a reseller, so you can actually ring up and talk to a professional. 100% recommended.

Very unclear shipping message

Very unclear shipping message. Charged £15 initially for shipping to NI, then order didn’t arrive, questioned why, ended up having to pay ANOTHER £15 to get it to NI. Meaning shipping to NI cost £30 for a box!! I get full pallets shipped to NI cheaper. Needed the parts but won’t use again...

This is what we get charged by TNT. We can't ship orders to loose money.

You were told straight away and given the option to cancel and get a full refund. We don't normally ship to NI.

Sorry that you've had to pay extra but not much I can do about TNT charge to NI.

Very impressed by the customer service

Very impressed by the customer service. I had a query on mechanical fixings for a warm roof and got just the advice I needed. Even better was that I confirmed the order in the afternoon and it arrived before lunch the next day. You cannot ask any better than that.
