UK Flat Roofing Arvostelua 

I ordered and received my goods but needed assistance regarding the product. I was unable to contact anyone (phone number and email unavailable) and had to return my goods for refund, 3 weeks later I haven't heard from them at all despite repeated emails. I paid by PayPal and my bank statement has a *paypal marking but I have no record on my PayPal account of the transaction so I don't think this payment method was used.
Alarm bells are ringing that this may be some sort or scam company. I will update if I get anywhere.

Disappointing. Website is good but they delivered 100mm trims not 50mm I ordered. Substrate and gravel bags broken during transport, so it all arrived as a big mess.

So slow no leted me know I can expect my delivery when.

Fantastic service. Put all of the item in the basket but the 'Buy' icon wouldn't work and the order didn't get processed. I sent an email to them and they responded very quickly and provided an alternative link. Completed the purchase via the link at 1am and all items arrived next morning at 8:30am.
One point of disappointment which is - when I phoned (4 times) I just get a message saying they are unable to answer the call. They need to address this and set a system up where the phone is answered or there is a option to leave a message and they call back.

Well what to say, ordered wrong sized insulation screws from uk flat roofing, told by mike storey on their email to send them back to windermere where there will be a re stocking charge, ok fair enough, sent them by royal mail 2nd class signed for, which they have signed for, 5 weeks later, still no refund and after numerous emails nobody even responds to calls or emails, pathetic company, take take.

Mark was very quick with questions and queries. Delivery is fairly pricey however we got the modular sedum roof so a fast delivery was vital.

Will definitely use them again in future. Never putting a sedum roof on the old fashioned way again.

Ordered from the website and it wasn't in stock.
But very helpful when I emailed.
Refund straight away and suggested other products.

Came in 3 days. Simple to use. Longest job was removing the old felt & nails.
