UK Digital Arvostelua 

I ordered a Zeiss lens which they stated on their website as being out of stock but available to order in a matter of days. I wanted to do a part exchange deal but their part ex prices were so poor I declined their offer.
I had already been given a fair part ex price by another dealer but as UK Digital were selling the Zeiss lens at £70 cheaper I sold my other lenses to MPB Photographic and ordered the Zeiss from UK Digital. Please be aware that I checked the price of the Zeiss and received an email confirmation that it was correct.
I even bought another lens from them but fortunately told them to send the two lenses together to save postage costs.
Two weeks later and I hadn't heard from them, so I emailed them to see where my lens was. The reply by email informed me that they now couldn't do the deal at that price and Zeiss were out of stock. Strange that WEX had been out of stock too but were telling the identical lens again only yesterday, but of course, at a higher price!
Their Director, Paul Cockrill, wasn't the slightest bit concerned and the only compensation he was prepared to offer me was free postage on the other lens! Thanks, but that was cancelled and bought from WEX at a similar price with, you've guessed it, free postage!
DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS SECOND-RATE DEALER THAT IS OUT OF STOCK, and whatever you do, if you have anything to part exchange ask other dealers first.
Fortunately, I managed to buy a mint condition Zeiss from that excellent dealer, Ffordes, at an even lower price, otherwise UK Digital would have been hearing from my legal advisers.

Very pleased with my first purchase,the best price including postage. Amazingly quick dispatch when I ordered at 5 PM, [was delivered next day before 2PM].Certainly use again.

Ordered a camcorder twice from this company (over the space of 5 days) with two different WORKING credit cards. This was because the first was rejected and so was the second!!!

When I phoned up they said they would only now complete the order if I made payment by bank transfer (I think anyone that shops on the internet knows that you aren't fully covered by these means).

Now I'm not saying this site is in anyway dodgy but it's funny how I used one of the cards to order the same camcorder of Amazon immediately after it was rejected by ukdigital!!!!

This is my local camera shop and I have done a lot of business with them. They have always given great service and have a bricks and mortar shop that you can visit to try cameras out. They are happy to give advice as well.
