Excellent Service

First time I had used this company, so naturally was a bit hesitant. However I was very pleased with the service and would use them again.

Garage Door Springs

A fast delivery, ordered on Saturday evening and with me on the following Monday, the replacement springs arrived properly packaged, undamaged and were finished in a smart powder coated green finish. The springs were easy to fit and cope effortlessly with the single tilt garage door I fitted these to. I also consider the price is good value in light of the other options I considered.

1st class

After discovering that I had ordered the wrong part, 1 phone call to customer services had it all sorted with the new parts for my fan delivered and fitted 2 days later.
Would highly recommend to anyone needing spare parts.

Delivery charge rip-off.

Service was fine. Delivery prompt.
Delivery charge was a rip-off. Got my local Pist Office to quote to send it back and the price would have been £2.20.
UK Spares charges me £12.99 plus £1.50. That about half the price of the original order I placed. . If I could have sourced this order elsewhere I would of because of the delivery charge.
I felt ripped off.!!!!

Excellent service

Excellent service/delivery however the product broke the first day and has had to be "bodged" as needed appliance and spent over £15 on a small plastic knob and as charity can't warrant further delay & costs.

Excellent Service

I ordered a part for a Xpelair fan that I was unable to source at my local shops, and UK Spares had them in stock. I was surprised at how quick I received the part as it had been ordered over a holiday weekend. Excellent service and the correct part as shown on their website.

Expensive

Needed these rubber washers but was frustrated i could not get them anywhere else very expensive for what they were and over priced postage

Highly recommended

Great range of spares, only company that had what I needed. Easy
to navigate website, reasonable price, great communication. They supplied what I needed, quickly. Very pleased, water heater now up and running again after plastic tank sprang a leak!

The place to shop for spares

Never used UK Spares before but the service they provide is excellent.
Competitive price and speedy delivery.This company will be my first stop when looking for spares in the future
