Replied below but still no direct reply or refund : Shocking service like other reviews. No response to any emails and number doesn’t work on site .paid £15 for delivery on Saturday within deadline on Thursday and it arrived Tuesday. Even if it was parcelforces fault I’d expect them to care enough to respond. And if they “don’t recognise buyer “ I 100%orderd off this company .

After all my emails were ignored I called again only to be told that someone would call me back. Two days later I called again, only to be offered an apology and the promise that someone would call me back. What a surprise I have still received absolutely no contact from this company at all.

Habe einen Body bestellt, der dann auch "relativ" zeitnah ankam. Leider passte dieser nicht. (Viel zu lang am Oberkörper)
Habe mich mit der Kundenbetreuung in Verbindung gesetzt.....sie zahlen mir eine Entschädigung von 4 € und dann sind die durch damit.
Das Teil passt dann aber auch nicht.

Seher, aber sehr schlechte Qualität.... das war nur für den Müll. NIE WIEDER.

Nach zwei Monaten wurde dann doch bestätigt, dass die bestellte Ware zurück zum Verkäufer gesendet wurde. Rückzahlung wurde abgelehnt!!!

I've brought 4 marble race models over the last two Christmases.
They were delivered promptly and tracked.

The recipients have all been delighted with a genuine grown up toy.
One piece was broken during construction and this was swiftly replaced.

I would recommend this product.

Your company details are the exact same. Your email is the same.
Even the name of the person who replied to me Dmitrity. You’ve wrote your name “Dmitrity “ on other replies to posts on here.

This company is trying to say I’ve reviewed the wrong company. This is the correct company. Absolutely shocking that are trying to do this. Seems they’ve also tried to say this to other complaints below. I’ve all the evidence /order email /emails as proof.
Their email address on here/their website matches the email address I’ve been emailing and received the order confirmation from. Trying to say I’ve the wrong company. This is beyond a joke.

When they finally replied ,they (Dmitrity) blamed a glitch their end. Then when they replied to a second email ( no correspondence since) , Dmitiry said they would speak to warehouse and said a refund would be processed if item wasn’t sent that day. No item was sent and no refund. All comms ignored.

Absoutely awful customer service.
Paid for an item. Nothings been received. No tracking. No update. No nothing.

Emailed 11 ( yes 11 times) and also on Facebook.
Tried the telephone number on their website, doesn’t work.

No item. No refund. 2 emails finally got replied too, but still absolutely no idea what’s happening.
Extremely bad communication.
Will be escalating this further.

Bought trailer for my other half , Absolute pleasure building and displaying . Had a minor problem with the print missing off one of the doors , Amazed at the speed of service , U-Gears sent new doors by return post , in various colour plywood to match my model . Very Very pleased with this gift , and would recommend U-Gears to everyone . Many thanks for a few hours peace lol .

Great pleasure from a high quality well created kit accompanied by visual instruction. A tribute to people who have clear love for their products, who shamefully find themselves this evening facing down communism.

Unfortunately I can't display screen shots on Trust Pilot, as far as I am aware, but I have two screen shots showing the live chat that Ugears say they don't have.

Hugely disappointed with Ugears. I have bought models of theirs before and built them successfully but recently bought a Locomotive train set which is frankly dreadful. The parts don't fit together properly and as soon as you try and fit two sections together one or both of them fall apart. Despite applying candle grease the gears just don't work and there is also an over reliance on what are merely easily broken cocktail sticks. For £62! Really? I filled in an online form through their website expressing my concerns. Got no reply. Filled it in again a week later. Got no reply. Managed to get an email address for customer services through their Facebook page and sent an email. Got not reply. Sent a second email and yes, you've guessed it. Got no reply. Hugely disappointed in their product and equally unhappy with their 'customer service'.

Excellent little puzzle. Not easy but not too difficult either. Takes some thinking about on how and where to place the parts and in the right order.

I got one of their models for my godson, who absolutely loved it

These products were new for me. But after the kids got a bit older, had tried almost every Lego set, we ran into these products.
A bit difficult compared to Lego but that is also the cool part. It is made of wood which I find so cool in these days where we have to much plastic in the world. I really don´t understand how they can make it so precise:-)
Bottom line. Challenging and fun to assemble together with the kids. I would recommend it from the age 8-9 together with a parent.

I've just completed locomotive 460 & tender. Design and manufacture is superb. Everything fits and works as it should. The finished article is a tribute to the ingenuity of UGears. The model was a delight to build.

A couple of constructive observations...Firstly, some joints are very snug and a little candle wax eases fitting (in places where it wasn't specifed).

Secondly, the single cocktail stick 'elastic band retainer' (p24, step 5) broke on 1st test! To give enough strength, a thicker diameter retainer rod is needed. I used a piece of model rail which is fine.

I love the challenge of a UGears kit. Laser-cut precision pieces and clear instructions make this a joyous challenge to assemble.

Good product, good instructions, service excellent!
On the strength of this model and assuming I can complete it then will probably buy another.

Delivery was very quick. The safe itself now holds some quite valuable items.
