Bought 3 T-shirt’s from here. Got an email saying ‘one item’ from my order had been dispatched along with a tracking code that doesn’t work. I’ve sent the customer service an email, however judging by the other reviews on this page, I won’t be getting a reply anytime soon. I guess I also better kiss my money goodbye too.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

Ordered a Ben Askren shirt on 23-06-2019,six weeks later i am being emailed that the colour i wanted is out of stock ,agreed they send me another colour.
Now another 4 weeks later still no shirt ,only a email with a dhl number that does not exist,never will i buy something there again.

I ordered a UFC custom champion walkout hoodie on sale for about $93 (tax included), I was able to get it with free shipping or as they called it “super saver”. It wasn’t until after I ordered it that I found out about the UFC stores reputation, from shipping the wrong item to horrible customer service. Yet I only experienced one of the two, being the customer service which seems non existent (at least by email). I only got an order confirmation with no additional info until it reached the 2nd week when I got an email saying the sweater had been shipped. Since I ordered a custom sweater it stated that it would take a little longer and I knew it would take a while. I was very skeptical on whether the expected delivery date was true or not based on past reviews on the store, but I got the sweater the next day as promised. The sweater itself was as I ordered it size and name. Other than the customer service I can personally say I had a good experience with the UFC store.

The UFC store is hands down the worst place to purchase anything. Upon receiving my t-shirt and hoodie, I had to pay an additional 90 dollars worth of custom charges because I live in Canada. These people are scammers and absolute scum of the Earth. Do not order from here, you will pay double for very mediocre clothing. If you're a student like me, and can't afford such things, forget it.

Terrible experience. After month from my order I didnt received anything and they are not answering my emails.

ordered a normal jon jones tshirt and when i got it. it was a women's version. and they dont answer my email's.

Absolute scam.
Ordered something and over a week later I've heard nothing and their customer support email won't respond.

The worst online shopping experience I have ever had. I ordered a hat and a t-shirt on the same day as my mom ordered a few items, because my family and I are huge fans of UFC. Both my order and my mother's order shipped on November 29th, and five days later my mom received her order and mine was nowhere in sight. It has been almost 20 days since my order was "shipped" and it is still MIA. I was expecting to receive my order long before christmas, as I was promised 5-10 business days to receive my items. Getting ahold of someone to talk to in order to answer questions about where my order is has also been a nightmare. No matter what time I check the Fans Chat Help Desk on the website, within the 8-7 est time that it is supposedly open, it says that the chat is "unavailable".

I ordered a Khabib zip up jacket paid for two day delivery and ended up getting a Texas sweatshirt a week later. Call to get a new one then they are out of stock. What a joke. I am a huge fan of ufc but they lost all my respect with this. Bad business in my opinion. Didn’t even try to make it right.

Customer service takes 24 hours to respond between emails. Don't reference products correctly and makes communication very difficult. Didn't expect to waste so much time as you're paying a premium for their products.

10% discount on the first order... OR NOT! this is a true lie!

I will never buy from here again

Good quality clothing. Ordered a t-shirt for my son and a hoodie for myself. Fit as expected. I would order from them again.

Extremely disappointed I live in Canada played 130$ for a sweatshirt false add on the website the sweater came to me I had it custom made with my last name on the back.the words to small to even see I am extremely upset about this and will continue to call and post pictures online showing how disappointed I am until they fix the shirt or I get a credit this is unacceptable. The ufc gets played lots of money. I paid lots of money I expect great quality.o

Damn wish I would have checked this site sooner.
Ordered a Belt in April, still didn't receive it they always delay it by 2 weeks.

Also they do not read my E-Mails since I asked for an delivery address change. But the only answer is the Belt will be delayed by 2 weeks.

Would not recommend this shop to anyone. Worst Customer Service Ever.

FRAUD!!!!!!! Wouldn't even give a star. I've waited 3 weeks for a bloody t shirt......I was told 4-10 business days and I've waited weeks. No one has responded to any of my emails, no one has given me a refund for shipping or for the list top. This is the second time this has happened. WORST customer service. Disgusted I've left so many messages.

The store lets me order an autographed item, accepts my payment, then I don't receive it. Upon checking, I find out it's been cancelled without receiving an email or any notice whatsoever, because they supposedly ran out of stock before "processing my order," even though the website didn't tell me anything to that effect when I bought it. Now it take a bunch of business days to re-credit my account and no perk or apology offered. Bad way to run a business...very disappointed.

I purchase a few items for my husband's birthday and the expected shipping was a week from the order. Two weeks later no email updates, order shows up in my account as "NEW" called customer service and they were unable to tell me when the items were shipping. The excuse was that their warehouse was experiencing delays and I couldn't get a refund.

Terrible service - waited 2 weeks for goods to arrive - nothing checked out the UPS tracking 'number' and UPS said it did not exist - AVOID this company - this was a Xmas gift and recipient was very disappointed - no emails / notifications and still awaiting a response and a refund

I ordered goods from ufcstore.eu on December 1st for Christmas. Forward 19 days later and no goods have been received, I have had to do a chargeback via Visa which is a very long winded process sending in all evidence etc. I emailed their customer service 5 times over the last 3 weeks and received no replies at all apst from an automated you will hear back in 24 hours response. I even took to posting on their Facebook page where they keep advertising their store and nobody replies there either. Would never use them again terrible experience and I will be reporting them to trading standards also.
