First class job from start to finish, arrived promptly, straight on with the job, finished in double quick time, no mess left and explained everything about the new system, and how it works. Couldn't fault Lee and Nathan.

Nathan and his team did a great job in removing the old back boiler and fitting a new baxi combi and all new gas piping in March .Very little mess and all done in under two days! The boiler went off yesterday but Nathan came round the very next day and found the problem was a faulty socket which he replaced at no charge.Highly recommended .

Lee was extremely professional in installing our new boiler. He worked efficiently and with great attention to detail, ensuring everything was set up perfectly. He also took the time to explain how to operate it, answering all our questions clearly and thoroughly. His expertise and friendly approach made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Nathan was so helpful, he had fixed my mams boiler in the past and when I contacted him for another repair, he got back to me straight away and helped me discover that I hadn’t switched a valve back on when I re-pressured the boiler - all over the phone. So so helpful and very grateful that he didn’t charge for my stupid mistake. Amazing service!

Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. We had a new boiler fitted just over a week ago and we honestly could not fault them. From the very start Nathan worked around us, came out to take a look and we had quotes back within a few hours. Super quick response time.

Lee and Karl fitted the boiler on the day and removed our old boiler and water tank. They worked all day none stop. Polite, professional and took care in their work. They removed all rubbish and tidied up once the work was complete.

Could not praise these guys enough. Nathan came out within an hour, I did need a new boiler this time but Nathan came out about 2 years ago, I thought I needed a new boiler then, but Nathan fixed it, wasn’t sure if it would last long but did another 2 years, so he doesn’t try and get you to buy new boiler.
Lee and Karl such nice guys, new boiler fitted, all cleaned up and old boiler taken away. Highly recommend 👍

I contacted Nathan from Tyne & Wear Heating as I needed a CP12 gas safety certificate for a rental property. Nathan's communication was swift and efficient. He contacted my tenant and agreed a time and date. The job was done professionally and in a timely manner. I received an emailed copy of the CP12 along with invoice for payment.
