Very friendly and helpful, extremely efficient with excellent communication capability.

We used TWM to sell dad's flat. We had issues with the electronic ID and Sue was supportive and patient. Mostly it was old technology that was the problem but they sent nurmerous links to get the job done. We also had issues with the buyer's solicitors who insisted on a new fire door, which was far from staightforward, and they tried to change the terms once they had been agreed, which Sue refused. She was professional and friendly throughout. Good job Sue.

I used TWM Solicitors for the purposes of a remortgage with Keystone mortgages. At the time my broker advised me that TWM solicitors was Keystone mortgages preferred solicitors, hence the transaction should be somewhat faster! Two years later, thousands of pounds spent as a result of property valuations expiring and no remortgage. Between TWM solicitors and Keystone there was nothing more than confusion upon confusion!. The lender approves one thing, however TWM has it’s own criteria different to that of the lender.

From the very onset, I found TWM solicitors communication was poor and I was forced to chase them up on multiple occasions to get any response. The process was slow and inefficient, causing significant delays in resolving my case.
Moreover, their lack of attention to detail and inefficiency ended up costing me thousands of pounds. I feel that TWM Solicitors did not have my best interests at heart and were more concerned with billing me for their time rather than providing effective legal representation.

I was later taken to court by TWM solicitors, because I refused to pay their legal bill. They were very fortunate that the courts failed to acknowledge my response to their claim. This led to a Default judgement being placed on my credit file at a time when my mother was facing her the last days of battle with Cancer!

I made immediate payment, to clear the default and 3 months later my credit file was cleared. I now intend to pursue a legal claim against TWM solicitors for damages.

Overall, I would not recommend TWM Solicitors to anyone seeking legal assistance. Given my experience with this nasty, greedy firm of solicitors, it resulted in poor communication, slow service, and costly mistakes that left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. TWM solicitors only concern and what they actually do brilliantly is send one a bill!! They want money for giving poor service and advice!

The Cranleigh team acted for us on our sale and purchase. The transaction was far from straightforward and took almost 6 months to get to complete. Sue and Patrick were excellent! Incredibly pro active and supportive. They worked tirelessly to get the job done, going above and beyond many times. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to everyone.

TWM Cranleigh have been absolutely superb. Our sale was fraught, subject to detailed (and at times spurious) questions, delays and pull-outs from our purchasers, but Sue G was professional, knowledgable, resilient, patient beyond expectations and an absolute pleasure to work with. Very inefficient bunch....
During the purchase of a leasehold, TWM was chosen by the lender to act on their behalf because my solicitor was not on the lender's panel list. They are time waster and very inefficient, they eventually caused me £3.5k in interest after dragging their feet and requested so many documents and they are very slow to respond. At a point, the completion was supposed to happen on a day but they refused to go ahead because they wouldn't accept a scanned document and they had not advised otherwise previously.Just because of that, the completion took place 4 weeks later, causing me thousands in interest.. Very inept people. Take your money elsewhere. If I can, and get legal advise, I am filling for compensation against TWM. What a law firm!

An excellent law firm. This is the second time I have used TWM for a property purchase. Once again, the service was first class and I couldn't fault anything. Really good advice, prompt in all correspondence and highly diligent.
