Terrible customer service!
Paid for VIP which worked for a week or two.
Then app stopped working, when I went to redownload it said my license needs renewing which they would respond in 2-3 days it’s now been 2 months and they won’t respond to 3 emails, 4 tweets and telegram bot also does not respond.
Terrible service highly recommend staying away.

SCAM DONT USE IT!!!!!

There are only old games that you can play on google and Pubg and big games mods don’t work and are to old versions.

Don’t BUY PREMIUM, they don’t refund or respond! SCAM!!!!

Worst app ever! Took my money. It worked for a week now it won’t open anymore. Sent 4 emails to support, on X, and Facebook NOTHING!! Considered it a lesson learned. After A lot of searching I figured out how to acquire what’s needed to get the job done for free. Do your homework.

I've paid for a year of tutu Vip 3 times. Each time, it'll work for about a month, then stop. When you email the customer service that they provide, no one answers. On their site it says that I am "in a que" to wait for it to be fixed, but I've been in this que for months. They've never refunded even though you can't ever use their app for the entire year. (Each time I rejoined it was because folks on reddit said it was working better. It's not)

stay away from this app.

- They will try to sell you "membership" for a year.
- They take your money
- That's it!
- Most apps/games don't work.
- When they happen to work, they will stop working 2-3 days later
- The whole app will stop working 2-3 days later
- You will have to contact them, they will ask you for the UID number, etc....and maybe in a week, it will work again.
- This app in not-transferrable
- Once you pay for a 1 year membership, and lose/upgrade your phone, you will have to BUY a new membership
- Back in the days, there was an option to purchase it for 30 days
- out of these 30 days, it did work 3 days
- there are NO REFUNDS
- I literally purchased it because of a jailbreaking tool, and only had to use it 4 times. NONE of these times tutuapp worked. I had to go home and use my computer instead.
- They will try to charge you 30+ EURO, but most of the apps/games don't work, or you won't be able to install them. If you will install them, the first pop up will be to update the app, so you're done before you even started

After paying for VIP, it will work for about a week...then it takes several months to work again. Contacting customer support does nothing. I paid for a full year, and was only able to use it for roughly 3 weeks total. Scam.

Always on hold. App is unable to install. Don't buy it! Pandahelper has a better support

Terrible service no customer support getting revoked every week and takes alot of time to be fixed not worth dont buy vip use other alternatives

An app that simply doesn’t work or it does at least for a few days only for it to be blocked by apple. As much I wanted it to replace jailbreak, this is simply not it.

Support is useless. No refunds after a week but an app requires a few days to run for some reason.
Worst experience.

Realy bad after using this app mode VIP for 2 weeks the app stop working and server is down for the rest of my abonement no answer from tweeter of facebook my advice dont throw ur money for this app is realy loosing time and money
