Best meat

Always have my Sunday joints of them excellent quality and taste wouldn’t go anywhere else the pork is melt in the mouth the best

GREAT COMPANY ..good communication

GREAT COMPANY ..good communication, (even on a Sunday) great produce and dependable delivery. Never been disappointed in all the time I've used them. Owner is someone who really cares about the service he and his staff provide. Quality produce and a good price .

The level of personal customer care was…

The level of personal customer care was incredible. The quality of the products is second to none from beautiful aged steaks to juicy lamb chops. Thank you very much the care you take of your customers is incredible but clearly the care you take of your animals is at another level!

You we're correct, this is the best rump steak I have ever tasted. Even after freezing it tastes like you bought it that day.

Package arrived a day late

Package arrived a day late. Short life on chicken. No dates on pies. Have ordered from them before but previously had a good experience .
Further to the response from TMC, it is not the first you've heard of it on here as I messaged you several times and sent you photos of the undated pies and short date chicken and if you've only just heard if it on here how come you've refunded me for the chicken? I like to support farmers and buy from a few but at least if something isn't right, hold your hands up

It’s always hard when the first we hear of a problem is here! All pies do have a date on them. The whole chicken in your package had 2 more days on when it was delivered . In goodwill we have refunded £8.00 for the chicken and hope you will accept customer satisfaction is of utmost importance to us!
