Amazing smooth experience! Amazing support, super transperent terms - totally worse it! Finally moved to my preferred app!

Really easy to use and really effective

J'ai souscrit un abonnement d'un mois à Tune My Music et j'ai eu un problème dans l'utilisation (les titres se sont mis aléatoirement plutôt que par date). Je contacte le service technique qui m'a répondu 1 MOIS ET DEMI après et même pas pour me donner la réponse mais pour me redemander des informations.

Mon abonnement étant fini, je n'ai même pas pu utiliser correctement leur service.

It's a very intuitive application that converts files very quickly while preserving excellent quality.

I had a great experience moving my music library from Spotify to Tidal. $5 isn't a bad price to move 7000 songs and 60+ playlists. I also greatly appreciated the automatically generated spreadsheet that told me what couldn't be transferred so I could find it another way. Cancellation was extremely easy after doing what I needed. If I ever need to move stuff again, I will definitely return to this service.

Honestly, this saved me hours of manual work. Just a few clicks and all my playlists were transferred flawlessly

This was so much easier than I had anticipated! Once everything was set up, it only took 5 minutes or so to complete. A few songs, maybe 5, out of almost 5000 did not transfer, but that’s not a big deal. Happy I could quit Spotify and move to Tidal who strives to take better care of artists!

I transferred numerous playlists containing 12,000 individual songs from Spotify to YouMusic effortlessly and quickly. Without this app I would not have switched music platforms, as the prospect of manually recreating my old library on my new platform was too daunting.
I signed up for 1 months subscription for $6, transferred my library then immediately cancelled my subscription, easily and without any obstacle.

Tune My Music didn't work well for me - a lot of my playlists didn't transfer. I wrote to them for help and they weren't able to resolve the issue. But the much bigger problem is that after I cancelled my account (the website reflects that my account has been cancelled as of November of last year) they continue to charge me every month. I have written to their support email about this repeatedly with no answer.

This was the easiest thing Ive ever encountered in the computer world. I am blown away. Did exactly what I wanted it to do. I do however wish they had a one time user fee, but was happy to give $5 because it saved me a HUGE headache.
