Only used it once to transfer my playlists from Spotify to Apple Music. It did its job quite good transferring about 30-40 playlists.
Some tracks were supposedly not found on Apple Music. I didn't bother looking for them manually as it was not that important for me.

The service is so beautiful, works almost perfectly, 99% successful transfer of thousands of songs. Very well priced and get a free test first. It was incredibly easy. Nothing suspicious found with their terms of use or privacy policy and found myself recommending this to family the very next day. I intend to use tune my music again if need be and wanted to support them by hopefully convicing someone else to both benefit from what they provide and hope they run a successful business. Thank you team, appreciate the hard work it would have required to build, thank you for letting me use it!

Quick, easy, inexpensive. I wish I'd done it sooner and been able to support a streaming service that aligns with my values better earlier. Out of 10000, yes, ten thousand items less than 100 didn't transfer, and some of them were double ups like a special release of an older album, or something kind of obscure like a smaller Japanese hip-hop artist from the 90s.

Perfect app. Does the job. Easy and efficient. A total must if you use multiple streaming services.

Ease of use, plus, it's VERY fast. I transferred my entire YouTube Music library to Qobuz and it was lightning fast and practically transferred everything on it's own. Highly recommend!

Endless charges?
This service was a complete waste of money for me; not only did a huge majority of my music fail to transfer, but the playlists which did transfer were almost unusable due to the terrible formatting and poor matching done by the service.

I decided to cut my losses; it's nnot the biggest charge in the world anyways...

I cancelled my service with them almost 3 WEEKS AGO. They have acknowledged my cancellation, yet still they attempted to charge me MORE THAN 5 TIMES since.

I have contacted their support multiple times to absolutely no response. I have had to cancel my card to get away from their charges. Honestly wish I never used them and really regret giving them my personal details as they clearly are not t be trusted

You make it super easy to sync my playlists across disparate streaming services.

Easily moved my 10000+ songs to another service and even told me which songs couldn't be moved

An essential tool for swapping providers. It took my very large Apple library to Tidal in no time. A great tool. Worth every single penny.

Amazing customer service and very quick too. The website worked rapidly transferring everything from Apple Music to Spotify and I emailed because I only wanted to use it the once, and they refunded me what was left of the yearly payment after I asked how to cancel as I didn't need to proceed. They charged me for one month which I was happy to have paid and refunded the rest (which I wasn't expecting at all). Overall, amazing experience, will be recommending and will be using again in I need. Keep it up TuneMyMusic Team!

Perfect transfert from Spotify to Amazon Music, with fluent and easy selection of what really wanted from previus playlist. Also possible rename the single playlist before begin the transfert and, after, chose if keep an active syncronizzation between the two platform.. Super
