Bestelling gedaan en deze werd geleved zoals afgesproken. Bij levering stelend we een zware beschadiging vast. Ik heb op alle manieren proberen contact op te nemen met het bedrijf (chat- mail- telefoon) maar kreeg tot hier toe geen enkele reactie. Jammer

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Tulup.

I placed order #82072505 and paid £228.98, which included £20 shipping. After receiving my order, I was then contacted by FedEx and asked to pay an additional £62.95 in import VAT and clearance/disbursement charges.

I disputed this with FedEx, who advised me that the shipper had selected me as the person responsible for paying the import charges.

My concern is not simply that customs charges may apply to international orders. My concern is that I was not made sufficiently aware, before completing my purchase, that I could be personally liable for a substantial additional charge after paying £228.98 at checkout.

I have contacted Tulup on multiple occasions and submitted two detailed formal complaints. I have asked them to explain the shipping arrangements used, why I was designated as responsible for the import charges, where this liability was clearly communicated before purchase, and whether they will reimburse the £62.95.

Despite these repeated attempts to resolve the matter directly, I have received no substantive response.

I would much prefer to resolve this directly with Tulup. However, the lack of communication and failure to respond to a formal complaint has been extremely frustrating and disappointing.

I would welcome a response from Tulup and a proper investigation into this matter.

I ordered a glass for under a chimney on tulup.si (so on Slovenian website)
it arrived from EU so no TAX was needed to pay.
in perfect condition. After 3 months i dropped heavy chimney hose on a corner of a glass and it break. So order another one which arrived broken.
Contacted tulup.si and they sent me another one free. So After a year it still looks amazing and would order again. Thanks!

Compré en su web un precioso espejo con marco impreso de colibrís. El espejo es absolutamente maravilloso y se ve increíble en la pared de mi baño. Llegó muy puntual y perfectamente embalado. Tuve un problema con el transporte e inmediatamente hicieron todos los esfuerzos por solucionarlo, rápido y eficientemente. Quiero dejar esta reseña positiva porque en su momento las reseñas negativas que leí de esta empresa estuvieron a punto de desmotivar mi compra. Decían que los pedidos tardaban, que el producto no respondía a la calidad, e incluso se quejaban de que la empresa era polaca. Yo puedo decir que conmigo se han comunicado en perfecto español y que han sido increíblemente amables y eficientes. Por mi parte recomiendo sus productos y la empresa al 100%. Volvería a comprar sin dudar

Ordered a canvas print which has just been delivered and it's very thin, you can see the wood support through it, not what I expected fir the price so wouldn't use them again

Radiatormagneet. Dpd niks geleverd, ook al gaven ze aan dat het bezorgd was. (ik was thuis) Tulupdecor leverde bijna direct een nieuwe magneet. Super service.

Picture arrived smashed, no response when emailed.
Emailed and tried calling several times, absolutely no response.
DO NOT buy from this company, just scammers.avoid unless you want to lose your money.

Mirror smashed on arrival and after 4 emails and 3 attempted phone calls no response.
Avoid at all costs it’s just a scam.
Packaging of the product is was a disgrace that’s why it smashed and no communication since.
Anyone reviewing above a 1 star is lying.
Just want my refund of £79.99.

Ordered a magnetic board. The product is good quality and the picture I chose is beautiful. However it doesn’t hold anything with a magnet. Everything just slides to the bottom and falls off. Such a shame as the board is lovely. Just not fit for purpose.

Joke of a company (if you can call it that). Advertises as an English company with English website, but products arrive a few weeks later from Poland (which is no problem, but is not made very clear through the purchase process - it is in the small print).
My mirror arrived very damaged, with many scratches... terrible customer service trying to get a refund.

Ich würde 0 Sterne geben wenn ich könnte! Spiegel ohne Wandmontage Material beschädigt geliefert bekommen, nach Reklamation, sollte ich die Spiegelplatte selbst entsorgen und bekomm erst mein Geld zurück wenn ich einen Beweis der Entsorgung liefere, sowas unverschämtes ist mir noch nie passiert! Bestelle dort nie wieder und empfehle ich auch nicht weiter!

Glasschilderij besteld maar tijdens vervoer gebroken. Dpd meldde dat ik het zelf maar moest regelen met verzender. Deze stuurde netjes weer een nieuwe op die ook weer niet heel vervoerd werd maar dpd hield het pakket vast en kon mij niet vertellen waarom zij dit deden. Ik moest wederom zelf het probleem maar weer melden bij verzender. Deze verzender vroeg mij nogmaals of ik nog een schilderij wenste te ontvangen maar dat zagen wij niet meer zitten en heb het geld terug gevraagd wat daarna ook zeer snel teruggestuurd is tot volle tevredenheid. Kortom DPD EEN DIKKE NUL en tulupdecor die netjes communiceerde met ons een pluim. Dit alles heeft dankzij zeer slechte kennisgeving van DPD 5 weken geduurd

Avoid - Total scam. The website is disguised as a UK company with UK web site, UK call centre, prices in £. Only once you order and pay and see the invoice you realise it is based in Poland then 3 weeks later you receive an email from the courier demanding a significant import duty payment. In my case it was over £25% of the total cost of the order. The order was £160 including "vat & shipping" then a £44 demand from Fedex arrived out the blue. Tried to phone the call centre; cut off. Looked again their website and if you click into a few hidden terms and condition sub menus they state they are Polish based and customers are responsible for paying import duty - this should not be allowed as they deliberately hide this.

I ordered my worktop saver before reading reviews and then when I did I was worried. But I had no need to be. Unlike the experience of other reviewers my product arrived within 2 weeks, I was provided tracking throughout and wasn't charged any extra delivery or import fees. The shipping did cost £10 but it was sent from Poland and was very heavy, considering it's glass, so I don't think they over priced the shipping costs. It was packaged well.

The item itself is great quality, the picture wasn't pixelated in the slightest. I'm very pleased with my product and am glad now I didn't read the reviews because I wouldn't have ordered from them if I had.

Phoned the number given on website and it just cuts off

Very disappointing. There is nothing to suggest on first read they are a company based abroad with the UK Address and Email address so a shock when charged duty and fees for delivery. Product then smashed and the customer service has been shocking. Shame really as product was lovely before it smashed!

Shocking company when u call they hang up and don't make it clear there is import FEES!!!

We ordered two large glass backsplashes for our kitchen, custom made with my own photos, on March 27th and received them today on April 9th.
Very fair price including delivery from Poland to France.
The whole process was smooth and easy, and the product is absolutely stunning quality - we'll definitely use them again for similar items!

Ik mis wat professionaliteit qua communicatie na bestelling maar na contact gezocht te hebben kreeg ik snel en goed antwoord. Het item is snel geleverd en echt super. Ontzettend blij mee!!
