TSG Arvostelua 

Had a TSG gas safety check 21/9/23 got home last night the boiler wasn’t working had no idea what or how to sort it , rang TSG at 9.30pm by 9.50pm a engineer Adam was here , the previous engineer hadn’t switched the boiler switch back on

One star came up which I personally would not give any, since 31st March date now 2nd May, I have had no water and heating TSG have lied through their teeth the whole time, either the part not at stores when engineer went to collect, or part not turned up from Manufacturers, also they have to give so much notice to Valliant before getting part, another excuse it was working when engineer left, and then it stops before I
He as driven out of road, etc etc etc, I phoned my local plumbers shop and VALLIANT themselves and they both have said, after ordering delivering of part would be next day, funny TSG CANNOT, I would have it fixed myself but my housing association landlord says I would then be responsibly for the boiler all times, so I have struggled for all this weeks carrying buckets of hot water upstairs to bathe, I am 78 years old with rheumatoid arthritis, blood pressure and breathing problems do they care, do they hell, just keep lying with their pathetic excuses that’s all they are good for certainly not boiler repairs !!!!!!

This was around the seventh or eighth appointment to solve my leaking radiator. A new lie was given to me, although I caught him out,.
I waited in all day, and got a message to say my engineer has arrived and will be with me shortly. No way, I don’t believe it. They’re actually here. Noooo.
After an hour of receiving that message, I called to say no one has knocked the door. He told me the engineer had been to my door and I hadn’t answered, so she had taken a photo of my door. Not put a card through, just a photo. Of course I knew this was total b…sh.t. So I thought I’d ask them to send me the photo the engineer had taken of my door. Well, I guess they didn’t expect me to ask that. Easy to send a photo, hey.
Here goes, the person on the phone says, “oh, I see what the engineer has done, she’s taken a photo, but it’s not clear” so obviously can’t see the number or my door at all.
Which means of course, Another Lie.
I’m now booked in again, for about the eighth or nineth time.
Can’t wait

New boiler system fitted had leak thru ceiling and shower don’t work now called called called manager will call u bk still no call
Man came out to fix radiator nothing wrong with rad it’s leak and shower
Called office again sworn at and phone put down
Manager now apparently calling Monday again as away on course
Constantly fobbed off and told to call council as not their problem everything worked till u cowboys turned up !
Awful service awful customer service
Still waiting on carpenter for boxing in pipes
God knows when issues will be sorted
In the mean time council come out took pics as work was contracted out to TSG and is all down to them do not at own risk use this company

After a massive leak from the side of the house and no heating and hot water for me and i’lll the children,Arnold attended my property out of hours and what a genuine hard working man he is whom knows his stuff fixed all problems within minutes advised me on what to do for the best and a real asset to the company wasn’t leaving in a hurry double checked everything!! great service from a very well educated man thank you Arnold 🙌🙏🏻👍

Organised by BT. I was contacted the next day and they came out at my convenience. Alex was the engineer - excellent, knowledgeable service. Nothing too much trouble to get the aerial point where I wanted it in spite of having to find an awkward way round - he was in no rush and checked all was working.

Brent was exceptional, really did everything he could to get us the best possible signal. We ended up with 50 more channels!

Scottie arrived on time, was super knowledgeable, explained everything in detail and duly fixed the problem where three technical teams at EE had failed. Very impressed!

Very awful company, they miss appointments, then if they come they do bad jobs and the workers are very rude. Awful customer services I would rate them - 1*.
They do more harm than good. A disgraceful company. Very stressful experience. I don't know how can they be in the market

1st class aerial installation
yesterday from Dean @ TSG he even put shoe covers on without me asking, very clean and tidy, he even stayed and helped the BT engineer

Fantastic service from TSG right from the first telephone call through to the work being completed. Communication throughout was second to none and the Engineer called Dean was very professional and I’m really pleased with work……I have a perfect picture now on my TV! I definitely recommend TSG and will use them again myself in the future.

Wow, all the obviously fake 5 star reviews on here for TSG are a very sad attemp to boost their 1 star rating on every other review site.
Absolutely diabolical. Don't turn up to appointments, ever, despite you rearranging your day to accommodate and you can forget any form of apology. Their next idea of 'making an appointment' is turning up unannounced when you are in a work meeting so unable to let them in and then sending a letter threatening to take you to court for 'refusing access'. They don't have the courtesy to call or take any responsibility for their conduct. Now they are 'cutting off my gas' apparently so I'm unable to cook or shower and all because they simply can't make an appointment and stick to it. They left me without any heating or hot water for 3 weeks a few years ago too when it was -5⁰ because again they missed EIGHT!!!!!!! separate appointments. They will have you in floods of tears with the way they treat you. They are vile in every way and seem to enjoy causing all residents as much stress as possible. Disgusting beyond words.

Feel like hitting my head against wall, 3rd time today and still no luck!
3rd time engineer has come out today and still getting poor reception/ loosing signal. First time engineer put it out front of property when replacing sky dish, didn’t work, contacted BT, another engineer came out few weeks later, moved it to gable end higher up this time, still not working, cutting out when cars go by. Today for the 3rd time engineer came out, asked why not on roof like all over houses, explained doesn’t need to be, moved higher, replaced Arial, and now tonight with no cars going past just a bit of wind the signal is awful. Honestly feel like hitting my head against wall. 3 times theyv come out and if anything it’s worse!

Great experience with TSG. Excellent communications beforehand and great all-round experience. Dean was professional, friendly and efficient. He couldn't have been more helpful.

The aerial installer turned up, first thing he said was I don't think my ladders will reach that high, he then fitted the aerial to the bottom of the mast by the bracket that holds the mast to the wall and left the old aerial on top of the mast, he then walked across the grass walked into the house never wiped his feet straight into the living room across our new rug never wore a mask and checked the signal. the aerial is level with the roofs opposite the first storm we ha& the TV signal broke up, called tsg back same guy came back told me that rain and storms have no effect on the signal would not fit the aerial to the top of the mast and left, I shall now have to complain to BT, as no satisfaction from tsg.

TSG have just installed my HIVE security via a very helpful guy called Scottie. He was able first of all th change the time of the appointment on the actual day , secondly he turned up on time and thirdly went about his business with a thoroughness rarely seen: I cannot recommend this company too highly and as I told Scottie as he was leaving “11 out of 10”!!
