Sleeves are ok but only two size choices and they blind you with science and affiliated doctors when in reality its just shipped from china, i paid £23 for one sleeve before finding the same product on amazon sold by neotech for £9.97 or a pair for £15 and you have a size guide of s m xl xxl so you order correctly. so all your doing is paying the postage from china for the same product and at more than twice the price!!! I did contact you as size was wrong and rohan said he would send a replacement free of charge it nevercame just bull💩💩

I purchased an ankle brace from you. I was told it was express delivery. Took over 10 days to arrive. Very poor quality made out of felt.no packaging just a plastic bag .No instructions with it . I would send it back but if it’s anything like there delivery I could probably wait months for a refund I would definitely not use this company again so buyers please be aware. there address is in London and Canada but stuff came from China

The design of the posture corrector by We relieve is flawed to say the least the straps that you pull down in the back there's no way to secure them in the front so that they stay tight and as long as they're tight the corrector feels great but they come undone the first time you bend over to pick something up off the floor there is no way to secure them and the waistbelt you cannot secure in the back it will not stay tight when it does then everything just falls apart so if everything worked properly the posture corrector is great but the way they've got this thing designed there's no way to secure the waist belt and there is no way to make sure the straps stay tight. I sent a message to get advice on maybe what I'm doing wrong and they completely ignored me I didn't get anything back except for the automated emails trying to sell me shit. So be very wary if you ever buy the posture corrector it's not really that great a purchase so good luck

At the tender age of 62 I took up dancing, jive, Charleston, jazz, etc and six years on I’m still loving it. However my knee is a but creaky and I find using your product gives me all the support I need to carry on!

This company is a total SCAM. Do not buy from them. They sent me the wrong item and keep sending vague email replies to get out of having the item returned. Wish I had read the other poor reviews which raise several red flags

Shoddy product from some Chinese company masquerading as British American. The reviews on their website are obviously false as the link leads you to 404, preventing you from leaving a comment. I’ve applied for a refund but doubt that I’ll get my money back.

Good product which works as described. Service was great too with fast delivery. I have used this supplier many times and they have always been great including providing a replacement option for a product that was too small for me.

I wish I had read these reviews before I purchased my knee sleeves.
They arrived today. I actually only wanted one but they never answered my email cancelling one until it was two late.
I tried one today. It was useless. In fact it hurt my knee more.
I'll sending them back and requesting a refund.

The product is great, feels comfortable to wear on both knees, only problem I find is that it needs pulling up a lot and the ends roll up, which is annoying. But I am satisfied with the extra support they both bring.

Ordered some orthopaedic footwear , received some cheap plimsoles in completely the wrong colour with poor quality insoles separate to footwear

Do not trust this company. I ordered something several weeks ago. Approx 8 or 9 days later I received an email stating it was going to be delivered that day.
Evri Couriers messaged to say it had been delivered when it had not.
I immediately emailed this company who said they would look into and send a replacement. I have contacted them several times. They are extremely slow to respond if at all. I am now going to contact my bank and ask them to refund the money.
A total waste of time.

I was very skeptial when I recieved my knee sleeve but I put it on I could not believe how great it felt. I wear it every day. It makes walking ok again . Love it

The company followed up on my complaint and apologised about the mess up. in the end and the shoes did arrive but unfortunately they were not the right colour.

Wrong shoe size seems like 6 not 7 wrong color and they want me to pay a return never again same stuff on Ali and Temu half the price and these said people given free returns and instant money back we relieve avoid these people

Received my posture corrector today cheap garbage paid £37 which they claimed was half price their website was very convincing what actually arrived was a cheap £7 temu piece of badly made garbage not fit for purpose at all total waste of money beware massive bunch of scammer

TERRIBLE customer service. They don’t answer the phone and there’s no way to leave a voice message. I ordered my product on March 27th. It’s now April 20th, I’ve yet to received it, and the tracking info says it’s been with the local delivery center since April 3rd. A text received April 16th said it would be delivered in 2-3 days. It is now 4 days later and I’ve yet to receive my order. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

Sent me the wrong size but tried to tell me it was my fault. The knee brace was classed as adjustable but basically comes with an additional velcro strap, so the actual brace doesn't fit but the strap just holds it against your leg. Horrendous. They take about a week to reply to emails. Terrible company. Charge back filed.

Do not buy from company, back support was faulty and made up incorrectly, absolutely no communication to my complaint on request to return or replace, they are a DISGRACE TO ONLINE TRADING

The first knee brace I ordered didn't fit so without any problem at all I was told I could keep the incorrect pair and a new pair would be custom made for me to my exact knee measurements - which they were and they fit very comfortably now . I dealt with Rohan via email and he/she was extremely helpful and responsive
