Terrible customer service - different prices given and still couldn’t work it out even after a week!

As a Truprint customer since the good old days of sending your film off to be developed, I have been a loyal customer into the online world.
I recently purchased a photo book for my brothers 18th and yet again, I was not disappointed with the quality and service.
No doubt i will be back when my mother-in-laws 60th birthday comes around in a few months :)

Truprint has helped capture our memories and the quality is always to a very high standard! All orders are delivered within their set dates and are packaged well to protect your items.
We have bought canvases, overs 1300 photo prints of different sizes, a large glossy photo book...and all are excellent without fault. The photo book took time to design on the website (we had ALOT of pages) as had to adjust photos and try different options to get the best fit on some pages but overall were very impressed with the quality of the finished product and it made it worth the time spent designing it. We'll be using Truprint again, excellent service and delivered quickly too!!

WOW ! Well impressed - it is an easy way to upload photos from my phone onto the website. I ordered 775 - 6x4 gloss photos and ordered them on the Wednesday night - delivered on the Saturday morning! Absolutely amazing. Will definitely be using this company again - well done Truprint - such an amazing company

Easy to upload and edit with great results. Photo arrived carefully packaged and looks superb.

Always had great service at reasonable prices. Prints or canvasses are normally received within 1 week of placing my order online. Website is straight forward to use

The product arrived in time as always but one of the 2 photo books was poorly bound. Truprint asked that I take a photograph of it but I explained that would not illustrate the fault, the front and back cover not being aligned. I could not then be bothered to pursue the matter.

The photos from my phone came back really clear and now they are framed and put on my wall, thanks truprint
