Thanks for leaving your review. We’re sorry to hear that you feel unhappy with your experience.

We never intended to come across as rude, and it’s disappointing to hear that this is how our communication was taken. Our follow-up message the day after sending your quote was simply to see if you had any questions - a single message isn’t a high-pressure sales tactic, just standard practice.

You asked for a 30% reduction on the quote, which we couldn’t realistically offer. To try and help, we instead offered a 15% discount as a goodwill gesture, which we felt was a fair middle ground.

We don’t spend time criticising other removal companies, and we take pride in running our business in a fair and honest way. Moving house is stressful, and we always aim to make it as smooth as possible, even when we can’t meet everyone’s budget.

We wish you all the best with your move and in your new home.

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave such a detailed and positive review Ben. We’re absolutely delighted to hear that your house removal with Trunk Logistics Ltd went so smoothly, especially with a move of that scale and sentimental value built up over 28 years.

Our team takes great pride in delivering a professional, efficient, and stress-free removal service, and it’s fantastic to know that the arrival of the three vans and our experienced movers immediately put you at ease. The team will be thrilled to hear your feedback about their pace, care, and positive attitude—from safely loading a full house, garden items, and a 130kg concrete statue, to expertly unloading and positioning everything exactly where you wanted it, even with tight spaces and steep staircases.

Making large and potentially daunting house moves feel organised, smooth, and even enjoyable is exactly what we aim for with every home removal we carry out. Thank you for recommending Trunk Logistics Ltd—your kind words mean a great deal to us, and we’d be more than happy to help again with any future removals or logistics services.
