Im so disappointed, they make such cute boots and the quality is shit! I walk in my boots once out and the stitching on both boosts comes undone and rips, ridiculous! Can’t sew some boots together, embarrassing. I’m really sad about it tbh.

They have zero customer support—no proper replies on WhatsApp, email, or any other contact method. They fake their support system and do not honor their own return/store credit policies. They mention one thing while ordering and claim a different hidden policy later—which is not even written on their website.
You won’t get your money back, nor any proper help. Do NOT buy from this website. Sharing this review so others don’t get trapped like I did.
The sandals from Truffle collection bought on ASOS are causing allergies by giving me terrible itchy blisters. ASOS won’t admit it’s allergic reaction, they are terrible liars that does not take any responsibility for faulty products
I have purchased three pairs of their shoes. Two broke on holiday and one this evening on the way to a concert. Shameful won't buy the brand again
I have bought 2 pair of shoes on 19th June 2023.
The red pair of sandal were of extremely low quality and it got completely ripped in a day .The black pair is also if the same quality.I dare not choose to wear it .
Recently bought a pair of truffle collection boots (mens) via ASOS, amazing fit & definitely a stand out pair of shoes. Will definitely buy again. :)
I bought a pair of boots from Truffle via Wowcher in February. I have not received my boots, nor have I had the decency of a reply to my 4 email enquiries as to where my order is. There is no telephone number listed for this company - I wonder why. I have now taken this complaint to Trading Standards. I want a refund - I have no wish to deal with this company.
My advice would be to avoid this company like the plague.
So happy I found this amazing brand of shoes, and I couldn't believe the sale, I immediately ordered two pairs of boots as the prices were too hot to resist, overall boots are true to size and great quality, I am more than satisfied
