The jewelry is exquisite! Detailing is amazing… looks rich and unique. The garnet ring with two horses is quite a piece of art! The cherub necklace is absolutely adorable with a lovely natural pearl attached. This is my second time purchasing from this store. Had to wait for it to get it…. But it is so worth it. I enquired about the colouring on a ring because some of the photos were different, was assured the photos on the website were out of date and the production ring had a gold tone basket like I wanted. Bought the ring, heard nothing for a month. Felt like a scam so I asked for a refund. Funnily enough I then got a shipping number. Asked for the refund again and was told that if I kept the ring they’d give me a 20% discount. No updates on that shipping number for weeks, reached out again and got a new number. When it was finally delivered, it didn’t have the gold tone basket that I originally enquired about. I emailed *again* asking about the error and the refund, haven’t heard anything back but saw in my bank account that they refunded the 20% and nothing more. Unpleasant experience and won’t be purchasing from them again

was worried the pendant might be too heavy or feels cheap/light. nope. has that nice luxurious weight to it but doesn't feel like a brick around my neck. feels perfect.

Been nearly a month and my order status has yet to change from “confirmed”. I’ve received no updates nor responses in regards to my order, I will likely open a dispute with my bank to try to get a refund on this $300+ purchase. I was very excited to gift these pieces to my friends but the lack of communication has me feeling that I’ve been scammed, unfortunately.

Honestly I was worried that this was a scam site. It was NOT. I emailed them with my order number and they responded promptly. My order was delivered. The product was as described. I love it!!
