Great customer experience
Had a fantastic experience with Dylan and Lavinia, whilst EE were making the process a true nightmare - they went above and beyond to help as much as they could. Couldn't ask for a better experience.

Do not let your insurer appoint TRS!
TRS suggested a replacement that was not a like for like and cost way less than the original. Their engineers also suggested replacing a component in the new one from the original to bring it up to spec, which would void the warranty.
The game of ping pong between them and my insurer was just ridiculous and they failed to provide the insurer with new information discussed with me. Very poor communication skills and unprofessional engineers.
