I researched many website and after reading the reviews on Trndz Boutique I made a purchase of some Chanel Runners thinking it would be the best company, I’ve purchased from many designer website and by far this was the worst. The delivery time said 2-3 working days I ordered the pair and got NO update what so ever. Many what’s app messages emails etc and I got ignored!! Absolutely shocking customer service, I was then told they had been dispatched & I would receive them Friday still no tracking and it definitely wasn’t dispatched. I asked for a refund and was told it was done, which it wasn’t until I asked again!

The frustration is they don’t reply to your emails, what’s app, or Instagram messages. If they do it’s after 2 days.

Great service and really quick delivery! Will defo order again. Great prices too.

So I have tried to order second time the D-connect trainers. First time I was left disappointed as after 3 weeks of waiting my order was cancelled. This time I thought I’ll give it a try and order again. But I see that the first time experience is repeating. It is second week and my order is not even sent and I emailed them and also texted them on Whatssap politely. The customer service is ignoring you, which in this case is really unprofessional because you always need to communicate with the customers. It feels like I have to chase them in all possible ways to receive a reply. It is really disappointing that this is repeating for the second time, order is delayed, and on top of that you’re being ignored and not updated what is going on with your parcel. Customer service should improve themselves.
Update:
You said my parcel is not delayed and its in its timeslot and now I just checked you that cancelled my order. Why would you let a customer wait for nothing? And I add again this is second time that my order was cancelled without any reason.
If somebody shops here just know that you are not 100% sure you’ll receive your order. Disappointed.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EVER EXPERIENCED.. it’s a SCAM.

NO PARCEL AND NO REFUND

This company do not know how to deal with customers. This is the worst shopping experience I have ever encountered.

I ordered a pair of Valentino’s from this website expecting to receive them after making the purchase however there were issues with delivery (which they tried to blame me and DPD for) they claimed that I wasn’t a registered resident and so my delivery couldn’t be made to which they then took it upon themselves to make a decision regarding MY parcel and MY money to recall the Valentino’s back to them. This was after a week of daily attempts by DPD to deliver to which I phoned and asked what the issue with my parcel was and it was because the address was input back to front which I corrected with DPD.

During this period TRNDZ Boutique made NO attempt to contact me to notify what was happening with the parcel and whether my address was correct, as expected since I have made a payment for the item.
I had to contact DPD myself and we corrected the address.

The day it was supposed to be delivered to the corrected address, TRNDZ Boutique were notified that I changed my delivery address (swapped the lines of the address) *so technically the same address* and they recalled my parcel back to them under the ground of “ customer did not respond to address confirmation “ when I was NEVER contacted by them AND I’d gone out of my way to change the address with DPD which they were ready to deliver to the same day they were forced to hold onto the parcel.

When I emailed TRNDZ Boutique who by the way are impossible to get a hold of, I tried calling, what’sapping, Dming on Instagram and email. They were very rude and unhelpful. They tried to blame myself for putting the wrong address, the address that I have used for years and DPD. When I was trying to understand why my parcel was recalled to them and not taken to a chosen pick upstore after 3rd delivery attempt or with a neighbour as DPD normally do they ignored my email, I don’t understand how they can make such a decision about something that I’ve paid for without making any attempt of contacting me, when I asked this in the email I was ignored.

I also asked that since delivery is due today, DPD still have my parcel, can I collect the parcel myself as it has not yet been sent back to them, (at this point delivery attempt hadn’t even been made and was scheduled for 3pm) but now under orders of do not deliver. They ignored this request and stated that it would cost them double which made no sense to me.

I then emailed asking when I can be expecting my refund as I was now worried that I was scammed and there was never anything in the parcel anyway, they ignored me again.

I emailed again asking about my refund to which they replied saying it would be processed that Friday..

I am writing this review today (MONDAY 3 weeks later) and still have not received my money, nor has any contact been made with me regarding this.

They now have their parcel back and are holding onto my money.

This is by far the worst customer service I have ever dealt with, they do not communicate well with customers at all, instead customers are left worrying about their money.

If you want to shop hassle free don’t shop here.. I will now be escalating this further as I have been waiting for over 4 weeks now and am left with no other choice, I wasn’t going to write a review and have waited this out long enough.

Honestly ridiculous.

**RESPONSE TO TRNDZ BOUTIQUE**

After threatening you that I am going to take this further, you have now responded to me within 20 minutes of my complaint, the fastest you’ve ever responded to any of my emails (when I have got a response).

It’s not good enough, you still should have made an attempt to contact the customer who paid for the item, you keep projecting the blame to DPD however when I have spoken to them they have stated that in fact it was your company who left a note to say that I am not a registered resident, and I was able to amend this with DPD very easily, once you were notified of the updated details that is when you decided to recall my parcel. You are not taking responsibility for your actions and are still lying trying to cover up the fact that you made an unnecessary decision.

I have waited 3 weeks for my refund to be processed and now this morning that I have written this review only then is it being processed immediately after threatening to take it further, an absolute joke.

I hate leaving negative reviews but for this company I honestly had to.

I personally wouldn't order from them again. I did see some reviews to say they were long and delayed and the response to emails and WhatsApps were non existent, but I also saw some really good reviews.

I bought two Fear Of God - Essential items, for the price of £490 - which is a lot of money. So, I'd expect an update on where these are, if there is a delay. Upon processing the order, it started 5-7 working days (not unreasonable). However, after that time... no update.
They did respond to my emails and WhatsApp's, but very vague and "sorry for the delay, you'll receive a shipping number this week" - but that was also long, and I had to chase again and again. They finally sent me a shipping order, but only for one item. No explanation as to where the other item was... it took over two and half weeks to receive both items.

I am pleased with my items, but they are overpriced for what they are (TRNDZ Boutique market price, so no complaints) - but, they obviously don't have them in stock and there is a logistics issue (which is fine, I get it), but they do not update their customers when there are delays, the paying customer has to chase and chase. When you spend nearly £500 for items, you expect an update. I work in luxury retail and customer service is key, when people are spending above the average.

I am not even too annoyed that they took too long, I'm annoyed that I had no visibility of these items, unless I chased and when I was given updates, they didn't always keep to their word.

Items are great, experience was not. I would not shop with you again. I had to work for the money I gave you... which is really rubbish. I felt like they might go out of fashion by the time I even got an update.

If you want fast delivery, don't shop here. And if you're looking for visibility of your items, again, don't shop here. Customer service is appalling.

However, the items are legit and I am pleased with them. I just felt stressed that I had parted with £500 and it wasn't always clear during the 2 and half weeks if I was scammed - to some, £500 is a serious amount of money and can keep someone up at night. So I'd suggest to work on your customer experience, if there are delays on items. I appreciate you are busy, but don't sell something that is expensive and you don't give confidence to your customer.

I bought Essential items from another place before, and they took 3 weeks to arrive, but I had visibility on a daily basis of where my item was, so I felt at ease.

EDIT - on response to Trndz boutiques reply.
That’s not an apology. It wasn’t clear, as I didn’t get the pop up on those items. But I did tell you this in my correspondence. If I’d got that pop up, I’d have been patient. It wasn’t even about the pop up, it was actually the correspondence that was appalling. Plus my confirmation email said 5-7 working days... that’s where you need to also update.

You disputed this review and I sent evidence to Trust Pilot and they verified it. I would leave it there, I’ve got my items and I’m happy with them, I just didn’t find the buying experience acceptable. Focus on improving rather than disputing.

Returned the item I purchased as it was too small and asked for an exchange in the next size up. Received a confirmation email letting me know they received the returned item and that they have dispatched the bigger product and that tracking would be supplied in another email, however I never received another email and the item has still not arrived one month later. I have contacted them multiple times to ask where my order is, however I have had no response and they still have my money. Complete scam and I wouldn’t purchase from here! So many better and legit boutique shops around.

Slight delay in shipping once the order was placed, however fully tracked once shipped, quick delivery, and excellent packaging.

Item is beautiful quality, size recommendations accurate and really pleased with it.

Absolute time wasters. Why cancel my order without notice, not respond to emails or WhatsApp's. I wouldn't waste your time, if something is too good to be true, then it probably is..... what a JOKE of a company!!

Edit - The only sad thing is 7% of 148 reviews which are bad that's pretty sad but good luck if that's how you roll 👍

Edit 3 - If you were a legitimate business, then you'd respond to customers, you'd not cancel orders without explanation and you'd fulfill your orders without question. In certain circumstances beyond your control, I admit you can't however, communication is key, its not rocket science. Reference your followers, have you looked recently at your followers list.... case closed.....! Ps fabrication of the truth regarding my reviews is pretty low, surely you've got something better than that....!? Good luck with your fake business, you need it.

Absolutely appalling service. I ordered some trainers for £490 on 19/01/20 I didn’t hear anything and emailed and WhatsAppd so many times but did not get a reply until I said I was going to call my bank and get the order cancelled, they then finally replied and promised me they would give me an update the next morning 27/01/21. A week later I still had heard NOTHING. I requested a cancellation again on 02/02/21 and received an email late that night (11.30pm) from DPD saying they are expecting my parcel from Trndz boutique this was on 02.02.21 it has now been another 3 days and it appears Trndz boutique has not actually given my parcel to DPD. Yet it says it is due to be delivered tomorrow? So I have no idea if it’s coming or not?! Can’t see we how it is if DPD have said that they haven’t received the parcel yet. The thing that frustrates me most is I never get a reply to any of my emails or WhatsApp’s. So you don’t ever know what’s going on with your order, all they have said to me is it is delayed getting into the UK, but that was a week ago now. And they did not tell me this at the time of ordering. Only sell products you have in stock! Or let the customer know they will be waiting over 2 weeks! I have never complained about a retailer online but I would 100% not use Trndz boutique again unless they can resolve this quickly and turn their service around so they reply to messages more promptly! Until then though, you would be better using someone like Sneakers from Tom. Who gets your order delivered quick and replies to any messages on any platform promptly so you know what stage your order is at all times.
When you order something you do expect to receive it before 20 days if there is no indication there will be a delay. If I knew there was a delay I would have NOT ordered them as they were a birthday present as I told Trndz boutique in multiple messages.
I do hope they reply to this review as it really is last option as I can not get a response from their online chat service, phone line, WhatsApp or email.
UPDATE: My order has now been cancelled, the day before dispatch apparently so after 20 days of stress about the present I have not got anything for it and the refund hasn’t come through yet. So dont know how long that will take!! Save yourself some stress and DO NOT USE!
Response to Trndz boutique: I asked for a cancellation A WEEK before you sent a dispatch notification and in that week I heard NOTHING. With regards to keeping me informed. That is a complete lie. I have the emails and WhatsApp’s with the lack of response to prove it if there is some way I can upload them. Your response has angered me even further as it’s completely untruthful. Oh and by the way it’s great that you finally reply on here but I did send an email first thing this morning asking when I would receive my refund and have heard nothing back! Again!

I would definitely recommend TRNDZ Boutique, I recently ordered my wife ALEXANDER MCQUEEN, trainers she wanted, which she loves, the service from start to finish was excellent, I was even updated that the delivery was going to be slightly late by 1 hour !! due to bad weather, the product was good and the service great, can't wait to use TRNDZ Boutique again for our next order.. Tony
