Todo perfecto, ni una queja.

Compré hace poco. Llegó rapidísimo. Tuve que devolverlo. Escribí al correo que figura en la web, me atendieron rápido, fueron muy amables y resolutivo y a los dos días, como me prometieron, devolvieron el importe.

Tuve un error a la hora de poner el numero de pie en el pedido. Llame al tfno para corregirlo y a la segunda llamada me cogieron el tfno muy buen trato..

Pedí unas zapatillas converse para un regalo, el envío fue dentro plazo, el producto viene tal cual la foto, pero la caja viene destrozada papel interior roto y caja exterior rajada, cosa que no esta presentable regalar algo con la caja así.
Habría que cuidar un poco más la presentación del producto y protección de su envío.

Ordered an item described as new on eBay (a returned unused item from Wiggle): didn't have the to fit it to my bike for two months and then found it was broken and useless. TriSport refused to provide a replacement or refund because it was more than 30 days since I bought the item. This is unfair and unprofessional - they supplied faulty goods and should replace it.

I had a gift card from over a year ago. I was told that the company was sold and that voided all gift cards...and also there was an expiration on the gift card??? I don't know how there can be an expiration on a gift card which is purchased, and why/how a company can't honor a gift card for the company they purchased...debt / obligations included. Slimy excuse for taking advantage of the little person. I'll never shop here again or recommend it to any of my clients. POOR FORM.

Had a few orders from them now , very pleased with all my purchases, will keep using them.

I ordered a lot of things and everything came perfectly.

Great service and products, but I'm sad that they are going out of business.

I had ordered nutrition supplements as well as bike tired and new tubes.. originally.
I got some great deals and I was really looking forward to using all of my new stuff with plenty of time until my half iron man.
I waited a month for my goodies to arrive, I didn't realize a month had passed while I was waiting, because I was focused on training and traveling for work.
I finally was able to all trisports during normal business hours (after I left a message outside of normal business hours).
Eric had assisted me and he was nice as ever.. he was the best part of all of this.
He informed me that my order was cancelled.
I had not cancelled it, not sure who did! (Good thing my credit card wasn't charged, or I would have been angry!)
Eric was able to get me similar tires (not the ones I originally wanted) and tubes.
The nutrition supplements were sold out :(
so I found them.. actually at a better price, from another site in the mean time, but sadly.. they didn't have all the flavors I wanted.
He was able to price match my tires/tubes and ship them to me within 2 days.
Over all happy with what I had received, but all I wanted was my original order.

I ordered a Pair of Luis Garneau Tri Shoes $82. I received a Saddle Mounting kit that had an Indiana address on the invoice. I called Customer Service Three times during working hours. No answer.. I left my Phone number on voice mail. No call back. I also emailed Tri sport with no response.

I purchased two triathlon cycling shorts (one Try and one Zoot). Perfect fit and as advertised. I am looking at the purchase of a couple of more in the near future. Timely shipping. Highly recommend TriSport.
