A friend recommended Trisports for my swim gear purchase. I purchased a pair of swim fins based on the descriptions on your website. I ordered the swim fins based on shoe sizes listed and ordered exactly what I needed as trisports described. When I received this product, I could not even get the fins half way on. This was a gross misrepresentation of this product and I, the customer, got screwed. Right now your CSR refunded my return fee- unbelievable that you would even think about charging a fee to return a poor product, but was not refunded my initial shipping fees. If trisports wishes to do business online, policies should be in place that the customer does not get screwed if the product does not live up to its descriptions. I will be pursuing this further.

I didnt expect to be charged for customs fees when I received my product at home.

I ordered a new wheelset from Trisports. Everything was shipped out on time, and arrived exactly as ordered.

I received my order in the UK within a couple of weeks but the 'best before date' on the product is only four months away. TriSports say this is plenty of time to use the 24 bottles of HotShots I purchased. If I were training for a marathon I might agree but I use the product to prevent cramp during mountaineering expeditions and I expected longer than four months within which to use the drinks. Overall, not happy and won't be buying from TriSports again.☹️

I've ordered a couple of times now and the staff has always been super knowledgeable and very helpful, especially for someone like me, who is buying gifts for an adult son just getting into Tri racing. They walked me through all the best products and sizing and their recommendations were spot on. Very good service too.

Shipping was fast and product works great!

I qualified for the World Triathlon Age group Championships last year which meant that I had to follow USA Triathlons guidelines and procedures
in ordering my Team USA trisuit. This meant that it had to be ordered through TriSports. The manufacture of the suit was Tyr, so I wrongly assumed that I would be getting a good product as it was sold by TriSports. The first suit that I received was a total mess as the colors ran badly after one wash. They could not get me a replacement in time for the Championships which was very annoying as I looked like a clown. On my return from Cozumel I returned the trisuit and after a few weeks they sent me a replacement. Much to my annoyance this suit was just as bad with the colors running. Again I sent the suit back for replacement and received my new suit a few weeks later. To my horror the 3rd suit was just as bad!!! I contacted the responsible people and was informed that they no longer had any Team USA suits that they could send me. So, after all this waste of tome and unnecessary nonsense, I still have not got a Team USA suit. I was hoping that dealing with USA Triathlon, TriSports and Tyr, I was dealing with the three wise men. Sadly this was not the case as it turned out that I was dealing with the three Stooges. USA Triathlon for stating which suit to buy, TrispSports for selling it and Tyr for manufacturing it. What a bunch.

The sales experience on the website was seamless and the user assistance I received from your customer service personnel was excellent. My credit card would not validate and eventually we were able to process the order via PayPal where I was assisted with by your customer service personnel throughout.

One slight issue I would like to raise is that when the package did arrive in South Africa, there were constant delays by UPS and customs to get the package cleared. I had to constantly phone UPS to find out what the status was. The reason for the delay was they (UPS or customs) were unable to verify what the contents of the package was and this was the reason for the delay. In future this could potentially be better indicated.

I ordered tri shorts and I live in Thailand. I wasn't too sure if they would actually get here, but even with the cheapest shipping it made it here in a couple weeks!
