I chose to order poly cases thinking they are sturdy. They are just thin covers with minimal sponge support inside. Choose wisely and avoid poly cases. I cannot trust them with our TVs. It has been an expensive lesson. They are already in our skip.

If I’d seen what the inside of the box looked like before we ordered it, I wouldn’t have ordered it. I cannot add a photo here. I wish I could.

In July 2021, I purchased a pair of robust Challenger all-terrain folding garden trolleys to aid my forest preschool in transporting gear, like first aid kits, balls, buckets, and picnic essentials, throughout our forest school. Each trolley was advertised to handle weights up to 100 kg. While one trolley has performed flawlessly, the other has developed issues—a wheel bracket where it connects is breaking, and the handle's clip bracket has completely broken off. It's puzzling why one trolley remains in perfect condition while the other is failing, given identical usage. When we contacted Trifibre, we learned that it was part of their budget line, and therefore, no warranty was offered, despite obvious defects. They suggested we purchase a replacement at a 10% discount. This response was unexpected from a company with a reputation for excellent service—truly disappointing and beyond words.

Worst customer service & support in history.

We ordered 2 flight cases from Trifibre who were informed of our deadline dates for delivery. They promised us completed cases, in the colours requested.
They changed the materials due to no availability twice, they failed to meet any deadlines. They also cancelled our order 4 days prior to delivery and attempted to keep the funds for cost of materials.

Poor customer service! did not care! Mangers are very poor attitude and did not call/ respond after complaint.

Great company, fast delivery and the lady I dealt with was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.
Will certainly use this company again.

I bought a SKB Standard ATA Golf Travel Case from Trifibre in April 2013 and it is still going strong. Quite a few battle scars inflicted by airport baggage handlers, but it has been keeping my golf clubs safe on their travels for nearly a decade. Unfortunately, on my last trip, airport baggage handlers finally managed to snap off one of the handles. I contacted Trifibre to ask if it would be possible for me to get hold of a replacement handle, and if so, how much would it cost? Lorna from Trifibre got back to me straight away and told me she had spoken to SKB and would get a replacement handle for the case. Moreover, SKB cases have a life time warranty, so they would be sending a replacement handle free of charge. I just received the new handle by TNT parcel delivery... that's only 4 days after I first contacted Trifibre. Superb customer service. Great to see that SKB honour the lifetime guarantee on their (brilliant!) products too.

I would highly recommend this company. I needed to have a custom case made quickly due to upcoming tour. The customer service was exceptional, the case was made and delivered ahead of time and is great quality- exactly what I needed. Communication was friendly and helpful (both by telephone and email) and Trifibre pulled out all the stops to assist me. Very pleased!

I bought 2 challenger all terrain heavy duty folding garden trolleys in July 2021 for my forest preschool nursery setting to move equipment around our forest school site such as 1st aid kits,balls,buckets, picnic and picnic rugs.The trolley specifications stated that they were able to carry up to 100 kgs. one trolley is completely fine and the other has a wheel bracket, where the wheel attaches to the frame is sheering off and the bracket where the handle clips back into when not in use, has just sheered off. so why do we have one useless trolley and one completely fine trolley when they both used in the same way? we approached Trifibre and were told it was their budget range so no warranty although its obviously faulty, and if we wanted to buy another one at 10% off, we could. This is not only surprising for such a good company but truly shabby. A company that prides itself on its good customer service well really sad just beyond words

Ordered a challenger flight case yesterday, delivered today! Excellent product and excellent service with competitive prices too.

Purchased two of the Challenger range of cases direct via the website. Pricing is clear, and the cases were shipped securely via DPD. Amazingly tough and well made, and expect the cases to have a long, hard life. Customer service is great and queries are answered promptly. Highly recommended.

I ordered a small plastic suitcase for my grandson, but as I had heard nothing after 10 days I contacted the company. They could not have been more helpful, called me back within an hour having discovered that the item had got lost in transit, and arranged for a replacement, which arrived the next day.

Really excellant customer service - personal service - quick delivery. If only all companies were like this.

I've been ordering from Trifibre for a few years (both eBay and direct) and have always been impressed by their value for money, product quality and lightning fast delivery speed. However my latest order required a call to customer service due to my own error, I was met with the most friendly and helpful customer service (Jenny I think) who not only solved my issue with great speed and understanding, but still managed to get my order to me the next morning despite it being past their cut off time. Sadly it's not often you get an idependant company that ticks all the boxes, but Trifibre do just that, and will be my go-to every time i need a storage solution for my camera gear.

Trifibre of Leicester - Ordered a waterproof case from Tri-fibre through eBay - problem on customs duty payments instigated by eBay - three people from Trifibre intervened and had the problem solved even though eBay did not want to know/help. Great company - great aftersales service and customer relations, great products.
