i Ordered olive green bed cover, but they have sent dark blue color. very pathetic service. dont buy with them. they cheat a lot

Although product quality is good ,but service is worst ...they will not refund money at any cost because of their policy..but they will send you wrong product which is completely different from the product u have ordered.

They have send wrong product and when we report about it.
No response from them yet for the message

Finally tried to reach phone support, they are very rude and disconnect the call when we say our concern
Now I dont have product which I liked and I lost 2000 bucks

Trendize are fake and scammer. Most of their reviews are fake and paid. This must be banned in India.
They delivered wrong and fake product.
Product is old and used also colour is fade and cheap.
Also their return policy is also fake they don't exchange and return. Of you all for exchange they will block you.
Don't buy from Trendize website.

They are scammer. They send different products than pictures. Product quality is very cheap. I ordered gray colour. They send brown colour. also they send used products.

Scammers! Stay away. The product doesn't look anything like in the display picture. The measurements are off. They send you the wrong colour. And then they say no return policy. Horrible customer service. Horrible experience. I hope someone sues them for such practices.

They are a shit show, we ordered a sofa cover in grey and they sent us brown. they specification given on their website is not what we received. When we asked for a refund they said they have no refund policy. Stay away from these cons.

Worst quality. Sent damaged slip covers. They have not responded to our messages and not even sent exchange one. They are only cheaters.

I have been disappointed twice, initially I was delivered a single seater cover and then the return & reorder of 4 seated took as long as a month or more.
The reordered 4 seated cover is also not fitting well and a total mismatch to the online thing. Please ensure a refund.

I would like to place a refund immediately. The product which I ordered was with the dining table cover and 6 chair covers. But I received only chair covers. But colour design pattern everything was different. Please get me the table cover or refund me my money.

Trendize.in has the sole moto of minting money through its poor quality & over priced products selling to people. Customers are advised not to get lured by products in photographs, the material is of worst quality at premium price. The company has no return policy, you can only exchange with other poor products. Even the colour & design of products ordered are changed by trendize at its own suitability.

This is worst ever company, with the most disappointing services. First, no will tell you that their plush and other rabbit fur sofa covers shed their fur. After spending huge amount and waiting for more than 1.5 months now, no exchange and has been received. Customer care also don’t pick most of the times.

FRAUD..
Ordered an L shaped sofa cover. It didn't fit my sofa. As I learnt from the call centre ppl, that only splitted l shaped sofa it fits.
Asked regarding a replacement as I learnt that there is no refund. The call centre lady didn't respond properly and went mute
