I received my order on time and the product was of superb quality. Unfortunately, I ordered the wrong size ring and had to request for a exchange. They responded to my request promptly and gave the same price through a discounted coupon to reorder the item. This was a great relief for me since the price has increased when I tried to order the second time. I didn't had to pay for the postage for the returned item as they provided me a pre-paid postage label. Every step was clear and easy. I am super delighted about their products and outstanding service. Thank you very much TrendHim and I am looking forward to buy more items from them.

Bought a bracelet as a graduation gift for my son. It was shipped to New Zealand and arrived very quickly. Beautiful packaging and a quality product. Was worried about the size as it seemed quite small - (my fault, should have measured!) However, it fits perfectly and he loves it :)
