I recently bought two boxes for Mothers Day and they were gratefully received!
Excellent choice of gifts and everything arrived on time and really well packaged.
The box itself was also really well presented.

First and last order
Despite ordering in plenty of time AND completing the 'do not open before...' this gift took 15 days to arrive - and completely missed the recipient's birthday. What was also extremely frustrating was that the items were detailed WITH PRICES on the outside, completely ruining the surprise. When I chased the delivery I was told 'oh it's customs...' but no-one followed up or offered to help, despite my paying a significant amount for delivery. I shall not be using this company again. Even if the items are lovely, there is no point using a company if they cannot successfully deliver a gift.

Thank you for your review, we’re so sorry to hear how disappointing this experience was, especially with it being for a birthday. We completely understand how frustrating it must have been for the gift to arrive late and miss the occasion.
Your order was dispatched in line with our processing times, however it was unfortunately delayed while going through customs in Germany. While this part of the journey is outside of our control, we do appreciate that this doesn’t make the situation any less upsetting, particularly when you had selected a ‘do not open before’ date.
In terms of pricing being visible, we just wanted to clarify that we never include invoices or pricing inside our boxes. For international deliveries, customs forms are required by the postal service and must be attached to the outside of the parcel, which can sometimes include item values. Unfortunately, this is something we’re required to provide and aren’t able to remove.
We’re really sorry again that this didn’t arrive in time as planned, and that you felt unsupported when chasing this, that’s not the experience we want for our customers. We have been in touch via email and would still love the opportunity to make this right for you.

EID Luxury Box
Beautiful and thoughtfully created luxury EID box, being non Muslim I wasn't sure if this box would be a good gift, I need not have worried, my Niece loved the box and was full of compliments on the contents, she loved the taste of the 100% honey. The smell of the wax melts were amazing and she loved the burner and the book. I would highly recommend.

We can see that your order was dispatched promptly using Royal Mail Tracked 24, however it has unfortunately been delayed within their network, which is outside of our control. That said, we absolutely take responsibility for helping resolve this for you.
Our team has been in touch with Royal Mail and is monitoring this closely, and we’ve also been communicating with you directly to keep you updated. If your parcel doesn’t arrive, we will of course ensure this is fully resolved for you as quickly as possible.

Treatbox is brilliant…
Treatbox is brilliant, they are now my go to for anything presents, this year I have ordered I think 8 boxes already, birthdays, baby shower, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day…they have such a good range that you can pretty much cater for everyone. The build your own boxes allows you to create personal and tailored boxes to each individual person and the extras add a little more luxury.
Fast delivery and excellent customer service. I worry that I will run out of choices for the same people and it would be amazing to find some more male inspired items, maybe a choice of a more masculine box for things to go in would be great too.

Exceptional service (and treats!)
Treated myself to a BYO box of 10 items and was delighted with my treats - several pairs of socks, gorgeous hair clip, bath oil, night time lavender spray, sweet treats, and some stationary.
Unfortunately (and very unusually) 2 small items were missing (coaster and a pin). However, almost as soon as I emailed the team I received an apology & those items were posted the same day, arriving the day after!! You definitely don't get that kind of service with large businesses- and that is why I'll always support TB even if little things sometimes go wrong. Already looking forward to ordering my next box of treats :-). Thanks TB for always being there.

I use to subscribe to TB and took a…
I use to subscribe to TB and took a break, returning 5 years later. There’s been a lot of changes with this company in regards to products given. Although, I like TB and continue to look forward to the monthly treats, I did find on the March box to be rather underwhelming, not every month is going to knock your socks off, that’s fine. However…. What I like to see in subscription boxes is the product write up and the price of the product. I know TB offers the QR code, but the write up has no depth to it (sorry!) - the other gripe is, not stating if the earrings given are hypoallergenic, which loads of people I know can’t wear. I do find the TB logo on most of the products a bit much. I gave you guys 4 stars because I don’t want to come across as being horrible or trying to complain. TP gives us the opportunity to be honest in reviews and I’m sure Zoe and her team do the best they can. Thanks TB. X

We really appreciate your honesty too. You’re absolutely right, not every box will be a favourite, but it’s important to us that each one still feels thoughtful and exciting, so it’s helpful to hear that March didn’t quite hit the mark for you.
Your feedback on the product write-ups is especially valuable. We introduced the QR codes to be more sustainable, but we hear you on wanting more depth and detail (including pricing), that’s something we can definitely look at improving.
Also, thank you for calling out the earrings, that’s a really important point around hypoallergenic materials, and we’ll make sure we’re clearer on that going forward.
And noted on the branding too, it’s a balance we’re always trying to get right, so it’s helpful to hear your perspective.
We’re really grateful you’re still part of TreatBox and hope the next boxes feel much more like the ones you remember loving.
