the booking service was perfect for my needs. quick and easy

My girlfriend and I have used the internet to go accommodation searches pretty regularly. I have backpacked a lot in Asia and in Europe the last 4 years, so am pretty familiar with all the hostel aggregator sites.

This one is not bad at all. In fact, I think it was actually cheaper to book through them, than through the actual hostel site that we were looking at. Plus, it was nice to only have to put down a 10% deposit, instead of the full amount, in case we change our plans, which we actually might.

Also, appreciated the 'By Tube' and 'By Foot' travel directions feature. That came in handy in trying to see if it was convenient in comparison to other hostels. Sometimes it takes time to figure those things out. That info/feature was a welcome touch.

Would definitely check this site out again for the next time we need to book something.

I was looking for a last-minute accomodation in London, and I found this website with the hotel, and it took me like 2 minutes to book a room, very cheap for such a short time notice !

travelstay is a great website to book a holiday accommodation.and i shouls be quicker next time ,without hesitation cuz i missed a good one due to my delay.

Pros:

Reasonable for the price
Staff were friendly

Cons:

Basic / old furnishings
Noisy (by air conditioning units/kitchen and busy road)
Chef did not turn up in time for start of breakfast time (they refunded without problem and fortunately I had some food with me)
