I traveled from Meerut to Gurugram and it was pleasant and comfortable journey. Chauffer was courteous and professional.

Travelodesk always helps me in arraing urgent taxi airport transfer from meerut cantt to delhi airport. I always book taxi with travelodesk considering it safe & most reliable cab serivce of Meerut city.

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE & LIARS.

I have traveled twice with them and both have tried to scam us.

One of the trips was from Jaipur to Agra. The trip well. The problem was at the end. We tipped the driver of 200 rupees for his work. He laughed and said that was ridiculous, that the money we had paid was to the company and he tried to force us to pay for his services (again). Attempt to SCAM.The solution of TravelOdesk was to argue that it was a misunderstanding, a communication error...

They convinced me to reconsider my assessment in Google, and finally I modified it. But after another bad experience and after not doing nothing, my assessment is that they are an unreliable company.

After my previous assessment, and after offering me a discount on the next trip (which I never accepted), they respond saying that I dedicate myself to putting negative evaluations and trying to obtain discounts.

Anyone can see that 90% of my 89 reviews are positive.

I will also attach screenshots where they recognize their error and they offer me a discount (travelodesk.wordpress.com).

I do not want anything from you TravelOdesk, I just want people to know what happened to me when I hired their service.

TravelOdesk, defame users if they put a bad valuation on Google is not the best way to give a good service. I recommend you spending time to select your drivers and better treat your users instead of buying positive opinions (85% of your opinions on Google or Tripadvisor are from people who have only put a review or two, something very suspect ...)

We enjoyed the trip from Delhi - Badrinath - Delhi.

We covered other destinations as well. Overall Experience was really good. Cab driver, other back office team all were good.

Would like to share suggestions for improvement:
1. There should be only one person / point of contact. ( I had to call 2- 3 people for coordination.
2. Please suggest places as per the trip members. (Example we were family so for us Chopta was not an ideal place to go. so would have saved time.. and money.

However Overall it was good and we enjoyed.

One of the best car rental services across U.P and Delhi NCR. I hired a mahindra xuv 500 for uttrakhand trip with my friends. The car was brand new and loaded with all the necessary amenities. Fare price and great customer service made our trip completely awesome.. Will recommend it to everyone who plans to go for an incredible trip with friends or family..

I had cab services from meerut to mathura and my experince was good

Recently i took a 2 cab 1-innova 2-swift desire
The driver service was so bad i cnt even reveal
The driver was using slang languages and as i complain their agent Miss ritu she didnt tke any action and charged me wrng and the driver took the extra cash
Travel lo desk director Mr Sushil only final the deal and he vanish by giving all responsiblity to their staff infact i hve all voice recorder if miss ritu &me and email which they sent to me pla dnt tke cab with this company i was been haressed with my old parents they mke people fool and only wnt money
