Travel Nation Arvostelua

Natalie has always been so professional and helpful. This is our second tailor made holiday and both times Natalie has managed to put together all the things that we wanted to be included in our trip. With a lot of patience with me changing and adding things, Natalie created the ideal itinerary for both trips. I am always able to speak to Natalie and she always contacts me with updates and confirmations. I would highly recommend Travel Nation and Natalie, they are great!

Tracey was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and efficient, our trip went without a hitch and was most enjoyable, recommended without hesitation.

Our travel assistant, Ruth from Travel Nation, was incredibly knowledgeable. She opened up all the options for us to plan our long, complex three-month trip. Firstly, she had already traveled to many destinations, and secondly, she was incredibly professional, so we ended up with a wonderful itinerary that left nothing to be desired after we had completed it. Thanks again to Ruth from Travel Nations. She was a true expert in her field, absolutely inspired us, and truly motivated us to go where we really wanted to go but were hesitant about not going. The entire trip went wonderfully for us. Thank you so much.

We booked our round-the-world trip with Travel Nation and we are absolutely delighted with their service. Audric Guérin, our travel consultant, expertly guided us in creating and optimizing our itinerary. He was always available, both before and during our trip, to answer our questions, modify our tickets, or reserve our seats. We especially appreciated the simplicity of electronic ticket management and Audric’s responsiveness to every request. We highly recommend Travel Nation to any traveler who wants peace of mind and to avoid the hassle of dealing with airlines, all at an excellent value for money

We booked our round the world trip / abroad wedding / honeymoon with Travel Nation and they were simply fantastic throughout the whole process.

Tracey was able to use her vast experience to advise and organise us an amazing trip (excellent choice of hotels/ fight times/ itinerary etc.) and her communication and attention to detail throughout was first-class.

In total we had nine flights, three car/ motorhome hires and several hotels and it all ran extremely smoothly, thanks to the outstanding organisation Tracey had done for us. She was also extremely helpful with advising us about the documentation needed for the legal wedding we had abroad and again that day ran smoothly and we had the most incredible day.

I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting to use a travel company to plan and book a holiday.

Working with Travel Nation and Scott was incredibly seamless when organising our honeymoon. We were provided tons of advice and a lot of flexibility to experience the best of French Polynesia and brought to life our dream trip. Even when Heathrow closed on the day of departure due to a fire, the team jumped in to help get us to our destination in a smooth and pain-free way. The recommendations for excursions were on point and the hotel accommodations booked throughout the trip happily met or exceeded our expectations. Overall, a brilliant service and Team, I highly recommend them.

Adam was a great help. The Hotels were so well chosen and that made our stay in each location so easy. We are very pleased with the whole experience and happy to suggest Travelnation to our friends.

I bought a world round ticket and it was brilliant! From planning the trip and the whole year around Travel Nation was really helpful! All my request and changes have been fully satisfied and Chris my agent was just perfect. I highly recommend to use this agency if you are planning to do an RWT ( star alliance)!

We were very fortunate to have the services of Ruth at Travel Nation. She is a complete professional. When booking our 10 week multi-country trip (Singapore, NZ, Australia and Japan) she was so informative, helpful and collaborative. Her knowledge was exceptional, her attention to detail second to none and her communication swift, accurate and she was so helpful and informative.
I would have no hesitation in using her services and those of Travel Nation again. She is an exceptionally knowledgeable person and you are in very safe hands with her, organising your trip.
Thank you Ruth for helping us achieve our trip of a lifetime!

We've recently returned from an 11 month round the world trip, using flight tickets arranged and booked through Travel Nation. From the moment we first contacted the team, to our arrival back home, the service we experienced was impeccable. Our agent, Jim, was incredibly helpful throughout every stage of our trip - suggesting the most cost-effective routes and flight options, booking preferred seats, changing flight schedules and even proactively contacting us to offer assistance when our final homeward flight was turned around mid-air due to the recent Heathrow closure. We felt well looked after and supported by Jim, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Travel Nation if you're planning a big trip. 10 out of 10 service and we will definitely use them again!

My wife and I wanted to plan a road trip up to and around the Pacific North West incorporating the US and Canada but did not have a clue where to start. We contacted Tracey at Travel Nation, who has a huge amount of knowledge of the region and she helped us to plan our perfect trip. Quite frankly, we could not have done it without her and thanks to her help, every single step of the way was planned in advance and could not have been any easier for us. When we got to the airport, our hire car was waiting for us, when we got to each hotel we checked in without any issues and all excursions were booked in advance and went according to plan. If you are going to do a multi-centre trip like this, we could not recommend Travel Nation highly enough, they take all of the stress out of planning the trip and make sure that you are left to have the time of your life. Their attention to detail is second to none and their recommendations are based on personal experience and are a huge help. A 5 star service all round!

Travel nation provided an excellent service ,putting together a well priced package of flights departing Toulouse through Sri Lanka , New Zealand , Chile and Argentina. Our agent Audric was quick to respond to requests , friendly and efficient , we would defiantly use them again. Although we live in France we have found from experience that it is good to have an English speaking agent available if problems occur.

I have recently returned from a 2 month Round the World trip which I booked through TravelNation, in Brighton. David Taylor was their representative who organised my trip, working on routes and countries of my choice.
I had the most fantastic time and cannot believe how easy everything fell perfectly into place because of David’s planning. I was advised, as a single elderly female traveller, to fly business class which was the best thing that could have happened. The cost of my 14 business class flights around the world was slightly more than a friend’s one business class direct return from London to Melbourne bought on the Internet.
I had prearranged taxis to and from the airports after short stop overs, which helped avoid jet lag.
The hotels, some included breakfast, I stayed at during my trip were amazing and really made me feel pampered and relaxed.
Overall it was a wonderful experience mainly due, I feel, to David’s expertise and so if you are thinking of a trip of a life time then think/look no further than TravelNation and David Taylor to help plan it. You will appreciate my advice!

Complete package provided by Sandra at Travel Nation and all went like clockwork.
We will be using Travel Nation again.

Great to deal with an actual human being who listened and then responded quickly to any queries. Our trip was seamless and I highly recommend this company, especially Adam who was very patient and is very good at his job!

Great trip with well chosen accomodation and travel routes. Really helpful and easy to contact and work with. Will certainly use again.

Charlie booked everything for our trip to Australia plus gave us some tips on what to do. We were quite anxious travellers as we had only ever been on package holidays, and not been abroad for 20 years, but Charlie made sure we would feel confident and happy. She also helped on her day off when our flights home were cancelled due to a tropical cyclone. The Travel Nation App is really useful too. I would thoroughly recommend Charlie and Travel Nation.

The itinerary, for our round the World trip, arranged by Travel Nation, as well as the advice and support given as we prepared for our holiday of a life time was exceptional.
We were regularly consulted as the plans began to take shape thus ensuring that hotels and travel plans would work for us. The result was an itinerary which addressed our fairly specific needs (both financially and in terms of destinations); took us to some of the most amazing places which we wouldn't otherwise have considered; and enabled us to have the trip of a lifetime.

The links with the partner agents in some of the countries we visited were easily accessible when we needed to consult them in Australia. This was backed up with a prompt response from our agent in UK.

I would definitely use this company again if I was planning a long and complex holiday.

We really enjoyed our holiday in Thailand thanks to Jim at Travel Nation. Having given Jim a broad brief of what we were looking for he came back with an Itinerary that exceeded our expectations and included time in Bangkok, a great experience at Elephant Hills camp and then time to relax for our final week in Koh Lanta. We are very grateful for Jim's personal knowledge and planning which meant that everything went to schedule with seamless transportation between venues. Thank you and we look forward to our next holiday through Travel Nation.
