The Travelling Pet Arvostelua

Great service, we travelled with our pet to Bruges and France without any issues.

We would definitely recommmend using “The Travelling Vet”. Smooth, non-stressful experience. Lee-Ann was brilliant. She was very confident and thorough in her approach to all the paperwork required for travelling into and out of Europe.

I recieved great support and professional service from miss Lea-Ann Higgins, I would recommend her services to anyone travelling for the first time with their pet 🫶

Lee-Ann was absolutely amazing, comingbout to see us and are dog Marley on a Friday night battling her way through traffic.
Not only did she supply us with Marley travel certificate but she also gave us some priceless information for when we arrived in Spain and what to do and look out for.

Great service, very responsive, was able to explain the process thoroughly, was able to provide all the required documents to travel to Paris and made our trip very stress free.

Lee-Ann was unfazed by late changes to our travel plans and made what might have become complicated very easy. Great service!

Lee-Ann provides exceptional service, she is kind, efficient and most of all, extremely knowledgeable and diligent in her work. She visited my 2 dogs in my home, to administer worming medication prior to travel, but she also gave them a thorough check over, and provided excellent advice concerning future treatment. I will definitely use her again, and recommend her services to anyone.

Excellent service, took time to explain everything and the dogs were much happier than going to the vet!

Lee-Ann is lovely and super helpful with any advice. Have used them a few times now.

Highly recommend Lee-Ann. She was recommended by our vet to help with everything to take our cat with us on an extended stay over the summer. Super responsive, gave precise guidance and put us at ease with various pieces of advice. Also Kitkat's got seal of approval, who spend considerable amount of time on Lee-Ann's feet and paperwork.

Lee-Ann was really informative, friendly and professional.
She arrived on time as agreed and in less than 30min everything was done.
Gave us important information and explained the process in detail.
No other vet did the same before.
I recommend her without a doubt, she is amazing.

Since finding Lee-Ann, travelling with a pet has become stress free. Everything is clearly explained and printed out for you ready for border control. Will definitely continue to use The Travelling Vet x

Lee-Ann is very professional, really knows her stuff and made sure we were well prepared. The fact that she came to our house to complete the paperwork was an added bonus.

Lee-Ann is extremely professional, clear and precise. She covered every aspect of taking our animals abroad from the necessary vaccinations to Animal Health Certificates. She has a very pleasant nature and is extremely proficient with the dogs, answering every question you have. Couldn’t recommend more highly!

Personal and friendly service, very professional and the process thoroughly explained.

Fantastic service! Would use Lee-Ann again and again when travelling abroad with our dog. All of our documents were in perfect order and we swifty went through pet reception with absolutely no questions. Highly recommend.

Lee-Ann is a wonderful professional and really genuinely lovely person.
She has provided us a brilliant service on two separate occasions and would recommend her to any of our friends.

Lee-Ann is Brilliant, her calm professional re-assuring manner is making a huge permanent transition to living in Portugal liveable and workable. She is amazing with my dogs and cat and amazing with humans too. We are midway through this big move 🙏🏼🕊.
She took me through all the paperwork and the process really thoroughly, with advice on also what to do at the airport ( with the cat) and Eurotunnel ( with the dogs) and also with a new vet.
She also advised on local challenges we may face on the ground in our new home in Azeitão, Portugal. Including on when to allow my cat outside for the first time. She also has given me knowledge so I could ask the new vet for help to prevent against local illness for my animals.
To my mind Lee-Ann is reasonably priced especially given the enthusiasm, diligence, reassurance, experience, professionalism and dedication she shows to both animals and clients.
I am so grateful that she was recommended to me by another great Vet Sue Wight.
Thank you for all you are doing Lee-Ann see you on Thursday for Part 2 the dogs moving over 🙏🏼😊🙌🏼🕊

Lee-Ann provides an easy solution to the bureaucracy of the AHC.

She is professional and personable. Communication is excellent, I cannot recommend her enough.

If you are going to Europe with your pet/s give her a call you will not be disappointed.
