I popped in on impulse, not really expecting to find something to suit my requirements, but Jess was brilliant. She ensured she understood exactly what I was looking for, dismissing things that were not going to work straight away, and then persevered until we found the perfect trip! Peter at Travel House Penarth 10 out of 10.
I have never given any one or any organisation a 5 star rating or a 10 out or 10 however Peter gets both, not only has he spent hours putting together a family cruise and a trip to Jersey he has done it with infinite patience, politeness and friendliness. There is no way that I could have put both these holidays together without him. It would be remiss of me not to mention Alex and her bicycle she is also welcoming and helpful the 2 of them are an asset to the business.
We will never book another holiday without consulting Peter first. Thank you.
