Travelgenio Arvostelua 

In februari 2020 een ticket geboekt via Schiphol tickets. Vlucht is door COVID restricties door Thai Airways geanuleerd. Diverse pogingen gedaan Schipholtickets is inmiddels failliet en Travelgenio reageert niet. Thai Airways heeft aangegeven dat zij een refund hebben gedaan.

Dit is een oplichter bedrijf!

2x vlucht gewijzigd en daarna geannuleerd. Zovaak geprobeerd om contact op te nemen om geld terug te krijgen. Moeilijk in contact te komen. In het begint werd gezegd dat ze wachten op geld van ander vluchtpartijen en dan pas krijg ik geld. Eindelijk een bericht dat bedrag van 60-90 dagen wordt terug gestort. Daarna nooit meer gehoord. Krijg nooit te pakken.
Inmiddels 3,5 jaar later is niet te bereiken. Mijn boekingsnummer is niet meer geldig.
Ik ben zwaar opgelicht!!! Bijna €800 voor mijn ticket betaald! Ik ga een manier vinden om naar de rechtzaak stappen voor deze opgelichte bureau (schipholtickets.nl en travelgenio)!!!

Ze zijn niet te bereiken. Ik krijg geen toegang tot my trips en de maatschappij stuurt me terug naar travelgenio.

Het is me een raadsel of ik kan vliegen maar een stoel kiezen en mijn dieetmaaltijd bestellen kan ik vooralsnog vergeten.
Durf niet eens hotels te boeken omdat ik vrees de lucht niet in te kunnen.

I asked for a refund for my flight and still have received nothing. No email responses and no working number that picks up anymore. What kind of company is this?

I made the unfortunate mistake to book my flight via this agency. Upon asking to cancel my flight and request for a refund, their website does not function anymore. No functional number, and no customer service to answer the hundreds of emails I've sent. I do not care about their clients at all. Just a bunch of unprofessional. I will be taking legal action against them! what a scum!

I have already purchased this round-trip ticket (from Amsterdam to Hong Kong, the transfer station is Doha) . But recently I have received several emails stating that the time has changed. I don’t want to change the ticket details & I don't know why there is a change.
the return flight has changed without my permission which i need extra 8 hour overlay. And im totally not okay with that.!!!

Ik heb een reis geboekt alleen kon ik geen bagage toevoegen. Vervolgens heb ik achteraf een bericht via my trip verstuurd met dat ik graag bagage wil boeken. Ik kreeg per mail een bericht dat het pp 366eu zou zijn, ik reis met mijn dochtertje dus reken het dubbele maar. Ik mailde terug met dat ik het te duur vind en voor 1 koffer wel zal betalen (moest wel). Toen kreeg ik een mail dat het voor 66eu pp is en zij een fout hadden gemaakt. Ik was super blij dus meteen voor 2 personen betaald. Nu krijg ik mijn e tickets binnen en zie ik 0 bagage staan! Ik vlieg donderdag 22 december met mijn dochter 2 weken naar Miami! Ze zijn nergens te bereiken, mailen krijg ik een link wat niet werkt! Wat kan ik doen?

Na de vlucht had ik een receipt van de booking nodig ivm een claim ‘verlate bagage’. Ik kreeg een automatische bevestiging van ontvangst van mijn mail en daarna gebeurt er NIETS meer. Drie verzoeken ingediend, zonder resultaat.

Booked a flight through Travelgenio, paid €75 for selecting seats for two flights. When I received my confirmation from Qatar Airways, no seats were selected! Impossible to reach Travelgenio, no phone number, crappy software that doesn't help me as a customer! Bad service, would not recommend to buy tickets through this intermediate and don't understand why sites likes Skyscanner would want to be associated with such low service level partners!

Tijdens m'n overstap werd mij doodleuk verteld dat ik niet mee mocht met de volgende vlucht omdat het vliegtuig vol zat. En dat terwijl ik online ingecheckt was en ook echt een specifiek stoelnummer toegewezen had gekregen.

Het feit dat je op geen fatsoenlijke manier contact kunt krijgen met deze organisatie zegt meer dan genoeg over de kwaliteit die ze leveren.

Online heb ik gevraagd om de vergoeding waar ik recht op heb (600€ volgens Europees recht).. maar na 2 weken heb ik nog steeds niets van ze gehoord. En er is dus geen manier om zelf contact met ze te krijgen.

Waardeloze organisatie.

Super scammy company - don’t book with them - they take money for booking seats but you don’t get them. They are famous for this according the Copenhagen airport personnel!

Disgusting customer service and outright LAZY and don't want to fix the problem. I end up doing their job for them!
This is from previous complaints regarding the NAME CHANGE. WHAT THEY CAN DO BY SPLITTING THE BOOKING, but ARE SO INCOMPETENT I'm shocked!!

I have had a discussion with the Lufthansa Group about the change and they say it can be changed by SPLITTING the booking from the third party airline, but nooooo Travel Genio are too ignorant to even know this I have to do their job for them to find this. I've even sent TG the email thread of the discussion.

Every person reading this. Do not buy tickets from this subpar company as they do not give a crap about really helping.

And whoever replies to this thread. I'm so disgusted by your company that every time they're incompetent by not doing their job I'm posting about this. People need to be made aware of just how bad you are. The air flight scanner sights should outright ban this company for outright incompetency and terrible customer service.

I bought a transit ticket through Travelgenio. My flight has been rescheduled by the airline making my transit flight impossible. I contact the airline and they refer me back to Travelgenio. I contact Travelgenio for over a week and still didn't get any reply and its impossible for me to change my flight or get refund through the site of Travelgenio! I can't find a phone number.

If something goes wrong with the flight, you are screwed. Stay away from this scam company!!!

Heenvlucht geannuleerd. Alternatief aangeboden gekregen. Aangegeven dit te willen accepteren. Tot op heden geen bevestiging gehad. Ik wilde ook bagage bijboeken voor de terugreis. Dit moest bij de vliegmaatschappij. Deze gaf aan dat de terugreis geannuleerd is. Hier nog helemaal niks over gehoord van schipholtickets. De vliegmaatschappij mag niks wijzigen omdat ik een boekingskantoor gebruikt heb. Ik heb meerdere emails gestuurd en geen reactie. Op de site van mytrips is er niks aan informatie te bekennen en bellen kun je niet. Ik vertrek over 4 weken en heb geen idee of ik überhaupt een vlucht heb. Om te janken.

Review bij Schipholtickets achtergelaten, waarop ze reageren dat ik contact moet opnemen via mail. Dat had ik toen al meerdere keren gedaan, maar ik krijg nergens reactie op. Nu zie ik Schipholtickets onder Travelgenio valt, dus laat ik dezelfde review ook hier achter. Ik wil het liefste mijn geld terug, gezien ik geen enkel vertrouwen meer heb in dit bedrijf!

I am not sure if it’s fair to rate my experience with Travelgenio at this time. But I am very anxious about the ticket status.

When I purchase the ticket, it included cabin luggage and checkin luggage, but the mail received from Travelgenio after payment doesn’t have any luggage allowance.

I have checked on the airline website, the booking is there, but the ticket is not issued. Only a few left before departure, airline website gives a warning of cancellation at any time if the ticket is yet to issue.

It’s a ticket for a student. Please look into the booking and issue the ticket now. I am anxious about my lateness to my new Uni. I must catch the flight.

Please check and release the ticket ASAP.

Our flight was cancelled but we did not hear from Travelgenio that is had been cancelled, we had to learn on our own. We requested a refund through a cancellation request CA-137356 they said "We will contact you in the next few days via this channel to inform you of the next steps to take." but to no avail. Why don't they have any way to email customer service? Why are customer phone numbers not available? What are they hiding other than our money.

I have booked my flight from BRUSSELS to JOHANNESBURG and iam trying to get hold of them as my email address has been entered wrong and I need my booking confirmation and nowhere can I find their customer service numbers. I need to print my ticket and how can such a company not have a customer service number?

Heb voor december een vlucht voor 3 personen naar de Azoren geboekt.
Echter mijn achternaam staat verkeerd op de ticket nml als mijn getrouwde naam ipv meisjes naam.
Meteen gemaild en €50,- betaald om dit te corrigeren.
Zou binnen uiterlijk 3 dagen veranderd zijn en ik zou een nieuwe mail met de tickets ontvangen.
Echter tot op heden niets vernomen en het is ondertussen een week geleden.
Aan het antwoord van travelgenio heb ik niets dat heb ik nml al gedaan.
Ondertussen 8-9-2022 alle gevraagde kopiëen van mijn paspoort opgestuurd.
Mailtje gehad dat deze is door gestuurd naar de vliegmaatschappij met het verzoek de naam op mijn ticket te veranderen.
Maar tot op heden nog niets ontvangen.
Het is nu18-9-2022 nog steeds niets vernomen over het veranderen van mijn aangetrouwde naam naar mijn Meisjes naam op mijn ticket.

In June 2021 I was supposed to fly to Senegal to see my husband, from the Netherlands. Last-minute the airline, Maroc airlines, cancelled my tickets without another option available. I had to book last-minute an expensive ticket with another airline. I could not get a refund but some voucher which, if not used within the year, I would receive a refund. As I don't live in the Netherlands I never used the ticket. I have been e-mailing multiple times over the past weeks to get my money back. Of course no responds. BIG SCAM!
