Awfull service.

The owner misbehave and now, when I read reviews this is his way of behavior with everyone here.

After I’ve been refused to exchange defective item, that was packed and we didn’t open it in shop. I was shower that no returns and no exchange. Even it’s a product they have sold and it’s a factory defect.

I still needed the item so just Google’s lingerie shops around and in nearest by Google navigation store the item that I bought in trashy for 290$ was 26,99$

Do you see the difference?

And no one yell at me, seller was not shoving me where the exit is…

My first even in 40 year life such an awful experience.

I ordered 2 pieces online and paid extra to have expedited shipping. I still took over a week to get my items. When I opened the package I noticed one was damaged, and I had not even tried it on! The other item was great, very nice and as described. I immediately emailed customer service about the damaged item and never got a response.

Horrible customer service and 50/50 on the merchandise. I'd go elsewhere!

Bad quality and bad service ! They offer u free shipping,but what it means is that it is free for them because u must to pick up the items.
They buy from other shops so they take min8 days and if u have any thing you need to change because is not the right size they gonna purchase extra.
Quality versus price is not good! I definitely never buy again to them!

The worst customer service ever. Do not order from this website. I called to place an order with them and the guy on the phone was rude to me and would not help me with my discount code. They trick you to sign up for email and do not give you the 10% off!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I WILL NOT EVER GIVE YOU MY BUSINESS OR RECOMMEND THIS WEBSITE ANYONE!!

I ordered 3 different dresses from this website and none of them lived up to the descriptions. Had to buy another 3 dresses from yysdress.com my neighbor recommend to me.

Ordered one Corset on this website. Unreliable and unrespectful. It was not what i ordered. I would continue to buy from uushouse.com that I used to buy.

I had a very very important event and even though I ordered my underthings (should have been a simple order as it was just the basics and some cute panties) I still have not received it!!!!!!! I ended up ordering from another company and was lucky to have some rioutous customer service there. Still no items, no call back, will wait...

Never received my order. Owner told me to go "f myself" because I was supposedly using a stolen credit card. Called my bank, no problems there. I'm assuming someone screwed up at Trashy, but I don't know for sure because every time I called to discuss the problem, the owner hung up on me or cursed me out.
