Word for Word ...Not Easy !
An old cassette from the 1990's, quality poor but with such valuable information. A chance to hear my mother's voice. Not only was this special but transcribed correctly this let me know everything I needed to know..

Very good service.
The service was easy to access and provide a personal touch with a company rep sending me an email and inviting me to ask questions I might have. Finished product was good enough to be included in a final report.

This was a good server. Fast turn around and decent price, but there were several typos and grammatical issues that I had to fix.

There were quality issues, but they were quickly rectified to a higher degree
Transcrib misrepresented the words very frequently in one transcription.
I discussed the issue with the project manger and she quickly resolved the quality issue. They returned higher quality transcriptions. In the end I was satisfied..

Excellent Transcription - Exceeded my expectations
I had them transcribe a 1 hour speech and they did a fantastic job. They called out the different speakers by name and it was completely accurate. I also liked how they called out parts that weren't audible and noted the time so that I could review that portion and in all cases the audio wasn't clear enough to understand. GREAT JOB!!
