Transporting Items, so so, but Excellent Customer Service Representatives

While there On-site calibration service is very good, often the units returned from being calibrated in-house, when supplied with original packaging, are returned not packaged correctly. This enables the units or components to be damaged.
On a very positive note, the customer service people, at all levels, are very supportive. They will investigate all claims and assist with the resolution to the customers satisfaction. They will also provide a goodwill gesture and order at no charge replacement components.

We had ordered the milliamp meter at …

We had ordered the milliamp meter at the beginning of November and it took almost 30 days to receive it, even though the website led us to believe it would be shipped right away. Also, the website was not very informative about where we where in the sales and delivery process, so that we could plan for when it would arrive.

No problems

No problems, our order started with Gary Holbrook of ProteqSolutions. I was informed by Transcat @ each step, as to the status of the order. Received the Amps and they went right to work.

Not a good experience

Placed the order and had to call several times for an update on delivery, one customer representative said she would call me with an update and didn't call. Very frustrating.

My email request was responded to promptly and I received the calibrated equipment in a timely manner, I will be checking with Transcat first for all future equipment needs.
