A transcat driver, tag NJ XGLT40, cut me off on the interstate forcing me to swerve into another lane.
I was very obviously in the drivers line of sight. But in an effort to get around the traffic the driver pulled into my lane forcing me to swerve to prevent an accident.

Since the first contact that I had with a sales person Carla, I knew I would have problems with this company. She was not even clear on how much they would charge me for handling and shipping. A day after I checked my bank statement and they charged me way over what they should (as I checked online the amount for 2 days shipping). I called, complaining about that, they sent back some money to my credit card. The headache started when they put three charges on my card of $346.84 (pending since Tuesday, today is Friday). So, please, do yourself a favor and do business somewhere else. I expected some professionalism from a company that has more than 50 years of experience in this industry.

Though the wrong instrument was sent to us, Transcat worked with us on easily returning the incorrect product and refund.

Most people make a fraud, but without scamming, I have my order instantly, so because of this fantastic delivery I am very pleased with your service. Keep up the great service I offer everyone.

Thanks to incredible graphics, your web view is just as true. And for your services, that's not much better, but I'll appreciate your swift reaction to time.

This is the SECOND time they broke a piece of equipment that was working perfectly fine when I sent it in. They broke the wires (that are in a spot that cannot be replaced or fixed). My company uses them for calibration.
After the first time the equipment was useless and had to be trashed. NO REFUND after I complained to them. I was very specific for them to not damage a second one the next time, and took pictures, and they assured me it would not be broken again. They returned it with the wires BENT and BROKEN. I will find another place to send this for calibration. Do not send your equipment here, unless you want it to be broken!!

Transact Staff have always been very helpful when I have had to call them for assistance. The last time I called I spoke to Jack who assisted me in getting back into my online account.

Great products, everything works amazingly well!

UPDATE:
Transcat has since contacted me to let me know that I can ship back the product in question, at no cost to me. They will cover the return shipping costs.

I do appreciated the customer service. Hopefully they are able to fix the issue with their online ordering.

Transcat misled me on the price of the item.
I agreed to one price online, then they sent me the item after hours along with the actual invoice for 10% higher. I couldn't contact them to cancel, because they were not opened.

Now I have to pay the shipping charges to send the item back.
Deceitful company. Don't trust them
Anything you want, you can probably get through Amazon for cheaper.

Talking with mastercard now, to get reimbursed.
Worst consumer experience I've had in a while.

Good service

The product presentation and description was misleading and I though I was getting a complete product rather than just leads. I am not happy at a all and will not be using your company again.

In reference to order number EE92U.

Everything was great with the quotation and customer service being very friendly. The only issue we had is we noted “No partial shipments” on our PO, and it got shipped partial.

The problem with this is we were charged $44.92 in freight charges for Partial shipment that we did not authorize.

When the balance of the PO is shipped, I am sure we will get Invoiced again for additional freight charges that we shouldn’t have to pay since we noted: “No Partials” shipments.

I recieved the equipment in great shape. Pricing was fair and competitive. Next day deivery not so much. Could have been the courier but still I paid a fair amount of money for the delivery and it was late.

Very easy to navigate the sight, good price, very very quick ship, highly recommend.

Provided exceptional customer service and processed my order for overnight delivery just as promised!

I almost left 3 stars, but things have gotten better so I went with 4. We had to change the kind of calibration cert we were receiving. It should have been more simple and not so drawn out. However, our first order in the new process went successfully and we are hoping it will continue for future orders.
