Great service and received my trailer on time

Fast and friendly.

I went by to look at a trailer and possibly talk to a salesman. The store was very busy. Never got a chance to talk to salesman but did look at the trailer. Their website does state. Please make an appointment ,so that night I made an appointment went back the next day they were busier than they were before but when my appointment came, Chris, the sales person told the customers he was with I have an appointment. I have to take him very friendly made an appointment for the people he was helping then I got the trailer I needed. They have plenty of trailers in stock. Great store, friendly people, highly recommend.

David was really clear and understandable about what we ask and definitely we will do business with him.

Bought a brand new trailer and the right side blinker and brake light never worked. The guy said they did but instead of telling me the truth he let me drive 3.5 hours home with a trailer that didn’t work. Had to wait over a week to get a new light. Customers do not come first here. This company is crap with I never bought from them

The trailer was ready. Guy gave very good instructions and explained everything about the trailer hooked it up. Made sure all the lights were working properly before I left. He was very polite. The service was quick convenient in and out. Absolutely love the place. We will be buying more trailers from them.

The sale and staff were extremely helpful and made our transaction easy. Thank you William
Highly recommended this company

Best store to go to went there already had the trailer outside ready to go paperwork was simple and fast and was given an amazing experience from the workers there and they showed dedication to what they where doing when servicing the trailer

Great experience with them Trevor was great with communication and helped me through the process and the other guy that helped install the extra accessories to the trailer and helped me get situated was awesome too driving from San Antonio to San Marcos to get my trailer when I could of just got one here locally should speak for itself on how professional they are and at what they do. Definitely hope to buy many more dump trailers here for my business.

EDIT: looking at other reviews lots say great customer service but only seem to be talking about the purchase and anyone that actually dealt with an issue agrees. Worst customer service I ever dealt with. I bought a trailer and when I hooked up a brake controller on it, I found out the brakes were dangerously tight. The wheels locked and skidding making the trailer sway. The guy told me this wasn't dangerous!!! Instead of standing behind their product and making the simple brake adjustment, I was told I could pay more for the product I already purchased. 0 stars if possible. They seem like great guys when you are buying but are the biggest rudest people when it comes to service.

Trailers do not match pictures mine shows tie down strap going under each pocket. I did not pay attention when bought trailer that I pd in full. After noticing not their I called and was told picture was old and didn’t come with anymore and their wasn’t anything they can do about it. Now I will be installing myself to match their picture very disappointed

Kyle was great very knowledgeable and 0 pressure sale process was very easy and worked with my time frame.

Hunter was very helpful and knowledgeable. We know who to recommend for others. Thanks so much!

Very helpful in answering all our questions. Very knowledgeable. Quick. Easy to work with.

Horrible experience man. Great customer service as they’re trying to sell you a trailer. I purchased a trailer and as they were doing their pre-delivery inspection they didn’t fasten down one of the ramps and it fell off on the road driving home. It’s been close to a week and I still have not had a response on them taking responsibilities for not securing the ramp correctly and it falling off. Honesty a true deception by the overall brand of trailers plus.

The customer service was great! You walk in and they get right to business! Very helpful and informative. Devyn was quick to get us settled in and out the door with a new trailer! Definitely recommend trailers plus! Great customer service!

The team here at Lodi delivered for us. They helped us figure out an issue with our truck so that we could get our trailer going. 5 star service. Thank you .

Vorsicht: Systematische Abzocke und Inkompetenz!
Rezension:

An erronious charge made to invoice and management refuse to reinburse. A convenience fee charge that is used for credit cards was added, however a debit card and debit transaction actually occured.

UPDATE: Corp mgt issued a refund a month later. $$ returned. Corp protocols need to be refined to treat customer as a customer, who is responsible for corp revenue.

Update: I have made criticle comments about Trailers Plus accounting and customer service policies. No retractions, BUT, I also had a potentially traject experience today that the Trailers Plus/Interstate product performed over and above expectations. Had a 2" ball nut come off on I-40 in Nashville midafternoon traffic. The chains and jack skid plate (with a short reach extensuion) held on and no accident occured. Good trailer product, bad nut and lock washer on my part.
