TrafficJunky Arvostelua

I have spoken with the team at TrafficJunky a few times and they walked me through setting up my first campaign. Their customer service is top-notch. Their platform is really easy to use as well.

I read everything about good support, but never seen one about how good their service is?????

Thank Stav. I very thank for your support.

The customer service is great Slav helped me out a lot.

Support has been great so far.

I am just setting up and prepping some campaigns to go live a few weeks. I have not even made my first deposit. I have already reached out to support a few times with some questions. Each experience has been great and I get my questions resolved through chat. Francis has been a great support.

Amazing platform. Works very well. The support team is amazing Spcially the person ( Colton ) he is very helpful.

Colton was a major help, and it was patience with me, explaining evreything very calm so i could understand. It helped me huge, it was amazing, Thank you so much Colton

Awesome help from Francis!!! He really helped me out alot starting out in this Affiliate game :)

Also Joshua helped me out yesterday greatly on setting up campaigns etc.

Thank you guys really appreciate

Stav was very helpful and I am very satisfied with everything he has helped me with. I will recommend more people to use Traffic Junky, Because his customer service was awesome!

I Discussed with Johnny on the support box, he is a very nice guy with good and appreciable knowledge, I am very satisfied with the answer he gave me against my queries.

The representative Francis is good, besides the platform is not, the chat usually broke and it cuts the communication, Why is so hard to activate a campaign? it shouldnt be!

Chat support from Francis was very helpful in setting up my account (payment for funds, ads questions, etc.). I have yet to experience the performance and return on my investment when I launch my first campaigns. However I only have good comments for tech support and thought it was worth mentioning in this review.

Francis handled our case very fast and professional way.

So easy to put money on this platform. Full signup and placing money down within the same day. This is a solid company.
If you want great service, ask for "Stav". He gave me VIP treatment.

First time ever to create a campaign on TrafficJunky. Campaign did not start. The support was very helpful and explained in details where to make changes (from visuals to bidding and keywords), and also provided additional resources and possibility to contact TJ's performance team to make sure the campaigns are performing well. Support officer: Emanuel.

Im really happy with the customer service of TJ, fast reply anytime. Also I got a $50 credit.
Thanks.
