TrafficJunky bad customer service
Dear TrafficJunky ( MY username TrafficJunky: "yoursecrete8435")
I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding the recent experience I had with your company. I underwent the identity verification process in order to recharge my account using cryptocurrency as the payment method, as the credit card option was not accepted by your systems. However, after successfully completing the recharge and spending 250 USDT (the minimum recharge amount), I was informed that my payment had been rejected without ANY explanation.
It is unacceptable that my payment was rejected without any justification, and it is even more unacceptable that the live chat customer service was unable to provide any meaningful assistance. I believe it would have been fair and appropriate for your company to provide a clear explanation and to reimburse the amount, especially given the trust that customers place in your company.
While I am grateful that the 250 dollars are not life-changing, I feel obligated to share my negative experience with others and will make sure to leave honest reviews on every corner of the internet. I hope to receive a proper response from someone who is qualified to do so, as I have only received automated messages through email.

Really disgusting plateform for running ads. They dont even have card payments option. Also paxum is option for fast payments but paxum also take one week to get approved. Customer support is very slow. I cant even imagine hpw people are running ads on it. I had very bad experience with them. They should add card payment option in it.
