"I am very sorry for the inconvenience but it looks like we listed the incorrect size on our website, we have issued you a full refund. I didn't mean to mislead you. Kind regards David"
We definitely made a mistake and quickly owned up to it, a refund was issued and you have received it. We would never withhold money because of our own mistake.

Ordered a pair of mens Nike trainers on a Friday and they were delivered free of postage the following Tuesday. Trainers are excellent. Highly recommended.
